Limerick Arms Hotel reviews
72We came here for our Xmas breakup. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very happy with the food, service and vibe. Having street parking available was also a plus. Highly recommend!
Good service and the waitresses were awesome.
The beef and Guinness pie was smaller than I’m used to, I was left majorly dissapointed, dry tasteless meat, not in a rich sauce
Had far better B&G pie at other Melbourne pubs, the Gold Coast and in Perth of all places, left rather dissatisfied.
Walked in w my husband, for a quick bite to eat. I think it was the manager, a middle aged guy w blondish disheveled hair was dismissive but we didn’t think to much of it until we got our fish n chips & Parma. Not sure if the chef was having a bad day but probably the worst meal and flat beer my husband have had.
We complained but were kind of dismissed & weren’t offered anything or a replacement. Won’t be coming back terrible experience.
What an amazing AFL grand final experience here. Place wasn't over booked, staff were friendly and so efficient. The whole day was top notch. Excellent food selection (especially the Parma selection!) The atmosphere and suoer friendly place. Will defo seek to book there again next year. Highly recommend this venue for any occasion
Kaytlin Connor and Archie! They were so amazing! Helped with our friends bday and loved them! Thank you
Love coming to The LA always very friendly service excellent food with great variety.
The Cauliflower Parma is amazing and I’m a meat eater!
Great little understated Pub, shows all the major sports and is always welcoming. Suzana (hope i spelt that right) is a great host, the rest of the staff caring and thoughtful. Food is superb and they did not object to a toddler running around and climbing stairs. We will keep coming back. Love your work!
Easily one of the worst battered fish & chips (surely easy-ish?) meals I have ever had at a pub in my life. Chips were marginally above average, but tbh the fish was the consistency of a packing box …. Appreciate this is a great pub & it was a high volume night, but EVERY meal deserves the right amount of attention
Booked for 6 people for Mother's Day. Staff were welcoming and showed us to our table. Meal and drink orders were taken efficiently, our food was delivered in a timely manner and everyone enjoyed their meal. Great atmosphere, lots of TVs if you want to watch sport. Will go back again.
Very friendly bar staff. It was a shame we only had time for one drink. We'll be arriving earlier next time I hope
Lovely beer and atmosphere. Unfortunately i was served some old soggy lettuce and when i brought it up to the waiter he was less than apologetic, asking me if i wanted him to replace the lettuce. I declined perhaps stupidly, leaving the lettuce out of the burger, which wasn’t a bad burger at all, chips were good too. I was more shocked that a person could think that it was acceptable to put that in something you are paid to serve people. My girlfriend ordered a parma and didn’t get any Napoli sauce on it. Shame really.
Nice and quiet when we arrived but quickly filled.
Wide variety of beer on tap, house wine was good value.
I had the beef and burgandy pie, which was apart from being a bit dry, was quite tasty.
My wife had the nachos and couldn't get thru the meal, which is normal as she is a relatively small eater, but remarked how well presented it wes.
We've been there twice and would go again.
In here often for the UFC, great atmosphere and staff are on point, love that it's dog friendly too
Average. We went here with a group Xmas dinner. Although a great location, the dining room is a little run down and was not very clean/tidy.
Food was excellent and the beer tasted great too. We ate on a Monday night, so the pub was overall pretty quiet however that's exactly what we wanted.
We will be back.
The worst steak I’ve ever had. Paid $40 for a porter’s house steak and got un-chewable meat that I wouldn’t give to my dog. Never again.
Great folk, good beers, supportive of the local Gunn Runners running club. A few more veg options on the menu would be amazing.
Great for gatherings, team meetups, or just steak night with your partner. Steak deals a couple times a week.
Steve and his crew are fantastic and the Limerick is a great corner pub. Quick friendly service, great menu, tasty food offerings and a fine selection of beer taps!
Food is fantastic and so are the prices very clean establishment where you get service with a smile. Definitely will be returning!
