Pool was pretty good the water slides are amazing. Coffee was expensive in my opinion but it was enjoyable

Water slides/water park is good for younger children. Would be nice if they were able to open and close the roof to allow air through as gets very stuffy.

Be a good place to come if you are rehabilitating in the warm pool or a young child.

Went for my daughter's swiming class, somehow was never stopped by staff, running through casual entry but today was told can't enter and I forgot our swipe card. So I told staff at reception we are getting late, gave my daughter's name but she took so much time that kept asking me her name, I spelled it, told everything her date of birth, our address. Very frustrating experience with one odd staff. Please ask your staff to be pleasant at reception. Nice, smiling faces at reception are good for a start.

Fantastic! Lots of pools and specialist lanes- aqua play, lap swimming, walking. Gets very busy for swim lessons. The play area is lots of fun. The slides were very popular.

My go to when I need to swim it out and de stress. The staff are extremely friendly too. I have been coming to Leisurelink now for 40 plus years, beginning at Reynolds Rd and now Pioneer Rd.

Good facilities, but some of big slider thing closed for ages without any further information. Shame that it's not made good for community benefits

Well organized, busy especially in the morning throughout the week and weekend, very popular with kids. Separate pool for different activities. Recommended for all ages including people with disabilities.

I have been a regular user of leisurelink for a number of years. I didn't renew my membership as since covid a lot has changed. No cafe, price rises and unhelpful staff. One only has to look around while there to see that it gets a lot of daytime use by older people and those with health issues yet they are now pulling a class that has been running for at least 15 years and is always full and moving it to another day with no consultation with anyone because they can't get instructors when one of the instructors today said she was happy to do an extra class on Wednesday. It boils down to money and people don't matter

I've been biting my tongue for some time now and since the lifeguard responsible is no longer employed there I'll share my experience that happened last year. I suffered a serious injury and part of my rehab was hydrotherapy. I went down to Leisurelink at 05: 30am and opted to use the walking lane upon entering.

I was joined by another woman who was sharing the lane with me. After a couple minutes I noticed her and a lifeguard looking at me from the other end. I strangely got the sensation that I was the topic of their discussion. I made my way to the end and when I got there the lifeguard insisted I leave the lane. I asked politely why and in a nutshell the woman had complained about my presence there and said this was her usual routine and I was disturbing her.

He told me to choose one of the swimming lanes instead. Due to the nature of my injury at that time swimming is out of the question and walking in a lane while others are trying to freestyle from both ends would be disruptive and rude. I explained my this but it fell on deaf ears. The lady in question was not of sound mind and my presence would escalate the situation.

I made my way to the rehab pool and stood along the side. Moments later another woman joined the walking lane and both of them took up the lane side by side chatting thereafter.

I went down the following morning and was welcomed by the same lady with an unfriendly expression. I left that very moment and even though my membership was paid for as part of my rehabilitation I never went back there again.

It ended up adversely affecting my recovery but since then I have made tremendous progress and am in a much better place. I'm most likely an anomaly as far as my experience but I'm choosing to getit off my chest after all this time.

Swimming and Leisure Centre. Lots of options for water play and training. In the pool area there is a 50m, which is separated into 2 (25m) a lot of the time. Additionally, there is a therapy pool, a splash pool (ankle to shin depth) for the kids and a swim lesson pool (1m or less shallow) which is usually busy with lessons. The swimming pools vary in depth and size.

We enjoy the pools but be warned in the splash pool there is lots of diapers and not a lot of overwatch.

Also there is an outdoor winter area which is basically a splash pad with slides and water play areas.

The large water slide is for anyone over 120cm. (1.2m).

The pools could use a better cleaning routine, slippery floors in the shallow pools show minimal cleaning efforts.

Fitness options including trainers, green weights, and also group classes. Group classes have a large room which usually allows for enough personal space.

City of greater Geelong should be congratulated on an excellent swimming facility. Good staff too.

Great place to visit plenty to do for all ages.
Out of all the public swimming pools in Geelong the life guards are on the same page with each of them being consistent with hold up the rules.
I find when the water slides are open more staff could be put on to help keep the fairness of the turn taking in check with younger kids being pushed aside by older kids and adults.

I love leisurelink! It would be great if they offered more after work classes and were open later! It's hard to get from work to make classes, and if you do the later classes, you miss out on being able to use the sauna after a workout.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great equipment and well maintained.

$518 for a 3 month membership is just price gouging at its worst.
1 swim a week - $43 per swim

The customer service was horrible. We went there for the first time, and they did not provide sufficient information. They haven't even given us directions to the pools once we get inside.

Prices are high. Not many options for kids 15- below mainly lap swimming and an extra $6 just for the slide. Staff are good.

Attend for a swim and spa, was charged full price for swim, spa and sauna, staff made no mention that the main swimming pool was shut for renovations, only half the jets in the spa were working. Not really worth the money considering you can only use the spa, steam room or sauna if you are an adult as the police the low impact work out pool.

Renovations have been going on for years amd the staff at front desk are very rude and cold! If there was another centre close by I wouldn't go here again!
And the lifeguards acts like there in the Army!

Great facilities and offers good exercise programs. The swim classes for children are variable - there are some great instructors, but most of them are young and inexperienced and continue to do basic things with your child rather than meeting their abilities and needs. Also, their accounts systems are imprecise and you have to regularly contact them to get refunds or to have them credit you properly. Always check your account and their billing!

Love Leisure Link. It has everything you need and more at a fitness centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative is that it closes too early. Would love a later closing time. Still a great place to visit for fun and fitness for the family
