After moving twice Leaptel has provided first class service every time I have called.
They answer the call quickily and deal with the issues promptly and professionally.
They follow up and provide service like I hsve not experienced elsewhere.
Even if my contract expires Leaptel will not lose me as a Customer as I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend anyone else looking for that internet provider with top class service.do yourself a favour and call the team.
5 stars all the way thanks Leaptel.

Moved to Leaptel a few months ago. Got free fttp quickly and straight forward. Customer service in Melbourne and answer phone very quickly. They fix problems quick and stay in contact with you until problem resolved. Best move ever.

After doing so much research from different providers and looking at over all feedback, I decided got to let go after 3 years my ex provider Aussie broadband it wasn't easy. But after giving leaptel a chance boy I didn't miss them a bit. Leaptel has given me support and so far service second to non.
Continues consistent speed never under what I'm paying for its amazing. I feel like they should be up there with big telco.if only people knew and gave them a chance.

I'm also guilty of running to testra optus vodafone aussie broadband, but after leaptel now I will not be changing if they continue to develop and grow and just keep there great support as is now.

What I think they should also look into is app, where we can contact and seek support if ever needed.

People give them a go. They are great.

So I do not understand this. If there is an analysis of internet fault and a callout has to be made to the premises, then the owner has to pay Opticomm technicans callout fees if there is no fault found in the fibre cable side of things but then the fault lies with Leaptel? Why do I pay the wrong analysis of the Leaptel technican then?

We've been using Leaptel for almost a year now and it's been amazing! The speed is great! Streaming movies is one of our favourite things and Leaptel provides the right transfer speed for that.

I switched from another ISP to Leaptel after speaking with Ron (I think was his name) who was very friendly and answered a lot of my concerns given my previous difficulties with terrible latency and speeds through another ISP who provided a service via Opticomm.

I'm currently on the gigabit plan and get 650mbit down in non peak and about 150-200mbit down in peak via Cat6a, significantly better than the previous ISP. Going forward I'd like to see higher speeds all round, especially at peak time, I know this is not a Leaptel issue but I hope they work with Opticomm to provide consistent speeds to their customers.

Moved to Leaptel from another provider. Straight of the bat the move was seamless and I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. Speeds are great thanks to Leaptel actually owning a lot of the backhaul. Very happy customer. Keep up the great work!

Bought a home earlier this year and joined up with a different provider only for it to be terrible the entire week I was with them. Excuses left, right and center. Decided to leave that behind and joined up to Leaptel. I've since been with them for the past 4-5 months and only ever had 1 issue most likely due to storms that did not last long. There has been one service since I've been with them and it was well informed for when it was going to happen.
Speeds are as promised for the plan I bought and you can actually get through to Leaptel on the phone if you have anything you need to discuss unlike a lot of providers out there.

So far so good, and very happy with what Leaptel provides. Thank you!

This company is beyond bad allways messing up the internet making mistakes staff making mistakes 24/. 7 u pay for planned maitnence not good internet and stupid amounts of drop outs they cant be bothered fixing waste of time company should be shut down by the goverment its really insane how bad they are.had to put a start even though they dont desvere any

If you are not the home owner, don't get a service from Leaptel. Their service is bound to person + address (and they don't tell you this when you sign up at first). So if you move house you have to buy a new service (no they don't just change the service address!), or you're in for an early termination fee! So their logic is either bound till death, pay early termination, or buy a house! Ridiculous

Edit after response: the problem is you must tell at the beginning of the first contract that it is bound to address, don't hide such info from customers. I wasn't told about a new 2 year contract each time I move, which I wouldn't have sign at the first place if I was told so. It is also interesting that I was told on Friday that I need to wait until next week for a response, but you clearly only care about the face of your company, that you reply to my review within a day, but want me waiting for 3 days+ for a prompt respond. I'm ok with paying the termination fee, just want other people know about what you hide from them when they sign for the first time.

Edit 2: now after receiving the new bill yesterday dated for 6/4/22, I realised why your agent wanted to keep me waiting for JUST A FEW DAYS. My bill cycle was approaching, and I presume he wanted to keep me waiting so I pay for another month of membership!

Best service! The staffs always double checking if everything is ok. Always call back as promises. They sorted our problem very quickly and efficient. Never had any issues with the internet ever. Highly recommended!

MASSIVE appreciation for Connor, Jordan, Niz, Brendan and Antonia from tech support! Seriously taking my hat off for the amount of effort these guys have put in for helping me sort an issue that isn't even within their normal area of assistance. I'm sure I would have been an annoying customer, a customer who took their skills away from assisting other calls with easier fixes or solutions, it took multiple calls over 2 months, multiple trips to officeworks, but I now have the internal wiring working all because of the commitment from these individuals to get my problem solved, you didn't give up!

I bet I was one of those customers who was annoying, time consuming and soul draining.but even so, the whole time, I felt I was important. We finally got there! I said to Connor at the end of the call, "Mate. What can I do to help you and the team out, cases of beer, gift boxes, what? ! ". He said I could write a review. I said I'll write 10! So here I am writing what deserves to be written. If the manager (s) of the tech support team, higher ups, Leaptel management, etc read this. You have a great team here that cares for the consumer. Keep them doing what their doing and you will continue to have clients for life.

If you are a consumer reading this and considering using Leaptel for Opticomm. I've been with them for 2 years, I've had great connections and speeds. I joined for the speeds and pricing, but I'm staying for the support.

Connor for getting the ultimate fix at the end, Jordan for the continuous reassurance that we have come so far and Leaptel want to see it through, Niz for the follow up phone calls and emails, the guy even drew a diagram for me, Brendan for your email suggestions and Antonia for being equally helpful!

We got new connection from them and found internet is very slow. We contacted them and follow their all instructions and steps to diagnose the issue.
We told them our router is in garage and we don't have ethernet cables to run the test, but did test on laptop and ipad by staying next to router using Wifi.after done few test send them results and next day we got very unhelpful below email

Having moved after a very poor experience with another ISP, I have been incredibly happy with the service provided by Leaptel. Their plans are competitive, they moved us over from LBNCo to NBN seamlessly (and didn't charge for the technician to come out). They also offer a live chat on their website which is so helpful and makes it so easy for the customer. You're also talking with a real person, not a bot! Very happy customer here.

I have been using Leaptel for almost 8 months now. They have outstanding communication and service. So much so that I helped my parents switch over their plan (saving them $10 a month) with faster service. We had a few teething issues with the service but Robert was so helpful and even processed the order manually for us so that we got our internet asap.

He also took the time to walk us through how we could reuse our original modem/router. 10/10 service, I cannot recommend them enough!
