We were at Le Mans Toyota in Tottenham yesterday intent on just looking at the new Yaris, but walked away an owner of a brand new Yaris. Sid made the sales process so easy and gave us a really good offer we could not refuse. He was attentive to our needs and understood our requirements. He did not push on options we were not interested in. The other supporting staff were all very helpful as well. Ask for Sid if you want a good deal on a Toyota at Le Mans Toyota. Chitter and bad customer service! They try to change your mind from what you like to have to what they need to sell! So be carful with this people, specially with Indian person who thinks he is the owner of whole Toyota company.he lies easy as drinking cup of water, make sure record what he is telling you otherwise you will get totally different deal on the day you gonna pick up your car. I would NEVER EVER recommend THIS dealership TO anyone.

Had a problem with the remote locking tag on my 1997 Toyota Vienta. Approached the Service Staff at Le Mans. Did not have my car with me. They work shopped the problem and gave me detailed instructions on how to unlock my car and reprogram the locking device. It worked first up! Cost me nothing! Over the moon! Thank you people at the service desk. That is the second time you have provided me invaluable help. Recommend you to anyone.

This dealership is not competitive their prices compared to other Victorian dealerships. Very smug and thinks that the customer needs them, not that they need the customer.

When get car from service was very filthy condition.
When I complain about it took again in the workshop and clean again

All in all a great dealership, they have the means to make sure the customer is happy, we were greeted by a nice young man. At the time we wanted to buy an aurion.he did every thing he could to get us in one happily.
