This is the by far the best car dealership that I've been.
Vikram is polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Other team members were also so lovely and kind. Thanks to Vikram and Vinay, we got our new family car before Christmas. We couldn't be happier
Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family who wish to buy a new car.

Very pleased with the service rendered by Le Mans at Tottenham. Special mention must be made of the very helpful attitude of Rachael who made sure that we received the best attention while we waited for our car to be serviced while arranging for a courtesy car to drop and pick us up. You are a true asset to the Company. Thank you Rachael and keep up the good work. Also mention must be made of the very kind and courteous Walter who was our driver to and from Toyota.

My Lemans Tottenham Toyota certified experience?
I purchased my Toyota certified prado in March 2022 unseen (had just had back surgery) had great service from the salesman Minh. You obviously pay a premium for a certified vehicle for the piece of mind warranty, 100 point check etc…. Now the Issues with Le Mans Tottenham.
Certified vehicles meant to come with 2 keys? When I had the vehicle dropped off I got one and was told around $600 if I wanted another?
Dropped the car off for first service had the car 5 mths 11000 km told battery needed replacement $200 (not covered by certified warranty)
Told it needed 4 new tyres?
I drive hwy km every day the used car manager suggested I should only expect anything from 25000km upwards for a new set? $1200.
$2000+of my money to be spent on a certified Toyota vehicle that I have had for 5mths and 11000 kms it’s very disappointing. Clearly the Quality of Toyota certified vehicle does not mean much at this dealership? The service manager Simon is looking at helping me out I will let you know how that goes.

The team are first class at Le Mans Toyota. Jun is an excellent salesman, a great reflection of his boss Luis, himself a shining light for the company. Yogesh is a very methodical and articulate business manager and Marina, a very thoughtful and helpful after sales colleague. Dealing with this team will be a seamless and happy experience when buying or selling a car. Thanks team!

The worst experience and absolutely poor service from this dealership. I will never bring my business to you guys. Especially Jason the Maltese guy and the Indian guy in service.
They used and excuse not to work on my 2021 Camry car under warranty, which I took it to a different dealership and it was fixed with a matter of hours

DO NOT GO HERE VERY BAD SERVICE

I was very happy with the purchase of my prado, but I must say the servicing is a disgrace totally, had the common issue with the clunking when putting it into drive and had it back 4 times to no avail, it’s a simple firmware update. Rang up another dealership and they knew about it and the other software issues, so I will not be going back

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE EPECIALLY JASON FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
They don't know what they are doing with the car.
They have only done service and not fixed the major issue because my 2020 toyota Camry is out of warranty.
WHICH IS WRONG.
I went and got it fixed with another dealership under warranty.

I had an issue with my bluetooth for a very long time, the guy who helped me was super friendly and within minutes he fixed my bluetooth to connect better and faster to my phone.

Not happy with their service. What they tell you would not deliver. Bought Vehicle and they promised few things included in price. When i went to pickup they said staff were not aware and they did not knew about it bla bla bla

Took my car for a service, as soon as I drove into the service centre - I didn’t get a greeting no one asked me who I was, Ahmed got a paper and said:

“is that your car”

I said yes it, he advised it’s a 2.5 hour wait what do you want to do?

No walking me through what service I was here for or anything. I advised I had received a text regarding a courtesy car to which I responded (yes too) and I asked Ahmed where this was the response I got:

“Sorry no loan car, don’t have any”

No attempt to try and see if it’s possible or if he has any at all available! No compassion to myself now waiting there unprepared for a 2.5 hour wait as I was under the impression of receiving a courtesy car as per there text message they sent me!

Customer service is appalling here!

Be prepared to be another $$ to this place …

Took my car to this dealer for the first time to get my car serviced. Service consultant was super friendly & service completed within a few hours. Great facilities if you wait, was also able to plug in and work which was convenient! Will be back!

I had the worst experience and absolutely poor service from this dealership. They never emailed me any contract and didn't even let me know about there 3 day cool off period. I'm down my full deposit of $500 dollars as they wouldn't even look at refunding my deposit and just wiped there hands with it. I wish I had read there reviews from the beginning. NOT HAPPY

Yiguo Wen - An excellent salesman

It’s a really nice experience to me when buying the second car for my company. About five months ago, I met Yiguo at Le Mans Toyota at Tottenham. After just some minutes, he successfully persuaded me to buy a Toyota Kluger hybrid car. He not only offered me some nice options but also ask his boss to give me 1,000 $ discount. Today is my good day when receiving the new car: it satisfies me totally. I appreciate the service of Le Mans dealer as well as Yiguo Wen! Thanks

It doesn't even 1 star worth it, worst @service everytime with the service they have some or other issues with the staff, zero knowledge staff, every question you asked you have to wait 20 mins and this time I have 3 questions, I always choose this centre for the cheap price but doesn't worth it

Exercise caution if servicing with Le Man Tottenham - took my RAV4 for a major service, and when I returned home I did some checks and first thing I saw was air filter wasn’t replaced (dirty and full of debris). This is an item was meant to be replaced as part of a major, and now puts doubt in my mind about what other items they skipped over to save a buck.
I’ve heard nothing from this dealership even after raising my concerns in writing and also stating I was not satisfied in their text msg survey they sent me.
Will not be returning for servicing in future.
