Booked a my car for a service and also booked a courtesy car weeks in advance.
Upon arrival was advised that no courtesy cars are available.

Luis at Le Mans Toyota Tottenham was exemplary from the moment we walked in to the day my beautiful CH-R was delivered. Communicated every step with personal calls and updates, and post sales service excellent. I love my new Toyota, and couldn't recommend Luis more highly.

I have been promised by the car dealer that they will get my new purchased car windscreen replace. I have been chasing for this for two months but is is never happening.
I talk to the manager, David, and been advised that anything the dealer promised that is between you and the dealer nothing to do with Leman Toyota.
,? So who can I trust now?

We bought a car from them two months. We cleared all payments same day. After two months, sales man Minh call me that we have to pay another hundred dollars. They try to scam us. I am so frustrated on his service.

Very rude customer service from David Miller. No more business here. If Le Mans don't care about customers, I don't care about Le Mans. Better buy toyota from other dealers.

Had a few issues to start with but Diana in customer service was on point and so efficient.it wouldn't be getting 5stars if it wasn't for her.thanks again

Booking a Car service through online is a Joke, wasted my time to book a service and have been told that my booking hasn't made yet and customer service rep didn't even bother to find what was the issue, this is the first time i wanted to try this service centre and could be last time as well, doesn't recommend for service.

This is my second car from Toyota tottenham. Sidh and Yogesh helps us alot and provide us good service. They are amazing and nice guys. I strongly recommend them.

Had an amazing experience wih the Le Mans Toyota team in securing my new Carolla Hybrid ZR. Jimmy and Dave were great from the get go, and made the whole process so easily, friendly and reassuring.
