Le Bouchon French Cuisine reviews
57Sensational, the menu is great and the service was excellent. This is high quality food and the wine menu was a fantastic surprise. We will definitely be back again and happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone who is interested in dinning out and lovers of French cuisine ️ merci beaucoup
Really enjoyable dining experience. The atmosphere is charming, the staff are friendly and the food is magnificent. I will definitely be back for more.
Greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. Service was attentive and the french food and wine was just incredible. Will definitely be coming back.
Amazing food, great wine and lovely dining room with lots of attention to detail. Service didn't 100% match though. Although friendly they were not attentive enough to filling our glasses with wine or water. We would have ordered dessert wine had they bothered to ask/take our order.
Customer server was exquisite, only waited about 1 minute to receive my ever so delightful and tasty nout sauce with extra spice. I am very satisfied with how my nout sauce had tasted, very spicy much hotness. I rate it a 5/5 would come again!
Superb in every single way. Wow. Wow and wow.
Magnificent eye fillet perfectly cooked to perfection and bernaise sauce.outstanding. Excellent service and a glass of excellent pinot noir what s meal!
Great raustaurant! Friendly and well informed staff, as well as amazing food. Had delicious eye-steak and fish. Also nice for kids:)
My wife and I eat here regularly and we decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Le Bouchon. We love all things French and are lucky to have this piece of France on our doorstep. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere truly French. The staff are very well informed of the ingredients of each dish and how it is cooked. We shared the oysters and the scallops, their freshness and simplicity made them stand out dishes. Then we had the eye fillet and the snapper, both superb and finished with crepe suzette and liqueur coffee. Always a memorable meal in a great restaurant.
What a gem of a French restaurant. We came here add a group of 4 and lived everything about it. We shared a charcuterie board and tried snails for the first time. The charcuterie was magnificent. The snails was a good dish to try. The sauce was really nice.
For main we had the fish of the day and eye fillet steak with bearnaise sauce with a side of beans. All dishes were cooked perfectly and we're really tasty.
For dessert we shared for different dishes. Again we enjoyed everyone of them.
We also had a couple of bottles of wine between us.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food, the staff, the atmosphere were all excellent. We will definitely be back again.
Lovely place, staff are great, service is great, food has been reliable in my experience. It is a little pricey for what it is but is busy all year round so not much you can do! Boeuf Bourguignon is to die for on a cold winter night. Would love to see a changing menu with the seasons if possible as it’s a bit samey. Lovely atmosphere though and a regular for us locals.
High level of service, friendly, quality, and good value for money.
The best steak.
Good traditional French fare, good wines, good service, bistro-ish atmosphere. Not the cheapest place around though
We have been trying to get to this restaurant for years and I am so happy we finally did it. The food is stunning one of the best meals I have had. We will be going back
Excellent service. Wonderful food. Please make bread for coeliac gluten free instead of rice crackers.
Best meals in ages thankyou for today we celebrated our special day thankyou chefs manager all the staff well worthwhile going to le Bouchon the pates duck crepes cooked to perfection well done cant wait to go there again bravo
The beachside pack love Stephane Saleres’ buzzing bistro where they’re brilliantly schmoozed by dashing staff but its more than that. This Parisian place shows confidence from the very chic bevelled glass windows, the broad veranda and the informal timber table setting. Classic French dishes are as good as the version of the dish you ate at that little bistro on the Left Bank. The Noix de st Jacques features expertly seared scallops, and a beautifully grilled grass-fed eye fillet steak comes with benchmark frites: hot, perfectly fried and just salty enough. Roasted duck in a truffle jus is consistently succulent and the Cassoulet du Sud-Ouest is outstanding.
Desserts continue in a classic vein, with expertly executed crème brûlée and Mousse au chocolat that combine with an impressive and well-judged wine list to make Le Buchon an icon of the region.
