The staff and Doctors are great
The time of wait it very.
The only thing is, they get booked out
And you need to see your doctor and you can't. That's the bad thing about it.

1st time visitor, as our regular family GP was unavailable. I learnt about the clinic simply because I drive past it nearly daily. Staff and Doctor were fantastic and reasonably ontime. I made a booking earlier on and they saw me within 15mins of the booked appointment. I didn’t feel rushed.

Waste of time booking online, you wait a very long time till you walk out, Read other coments below.

Great doctors but VERY long waiting times! It gets very frustrating waiting for at least 40 minutes in spite of having a booking.

I have been seeing Dr Beeby my whole life (27 years) and cannot fault him at all. Reception staff are great and I have never had a bad experience here. Dr Beeby knows me well and has always referred to me excellent specialists and has always treated me well and has always listened to me. I definately trust him with my life!

I booked for saturday at 9.20am and I waited more than one hour to see a doctor. When I asked at the desk why I waited so long she said"when you arrived you didn't give me your name so I didn't give your name to the doctor". So why did I book for 9.20am if you don't put me in the list unless I come at the desk to notify you that I'm there? This is ridicolous. 90+ minutes waiting for 5 minutes appointment. Never again!

If you like getting seen any time near the appointment time, or even like getting the staffs attention when they're too busy gabbing with a nurse and looking at photos on their phone. Go elsewhere. Terrible customer service, literally don't give a damn about the guy standing there in pain waiting for them to finish their conversation.

Very disappointed with the service after 1 hour of my appointment time get the chance to see the nurse not even doctor what's the point to take the appointment

I went in their for my medication S8 and I got treated like Im a popping pill junkie. I got treated cold n no care. I need my meds but have no way of knowing which doctor here can give me what I need.awful place. I heard Dr Maria is good.so I will try her.

My experience has been wonderful and I am very happy with my results. When I came in to meet with doctors in Lalor Plaza Medical Centre, I was a nervous wreck! But Dr.is so caring and confident in his approach; I knew immediately that I was in great hands.

The Medical centres waiting times could do with an improvement though. Often waiting 40min or more even though an appointment was made.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon with an acute stomach problem, and I was seen within ten minutes. With kids always being sick, I will definitely be back.

Just had an appointment for my medications for a replaced c7 vertebrae that crushed my Ulna nerve & has left me with chronic nerve pain & Dr Bikash Choudhury made me feel like I was just a pill popping junkie! He had me in tears! I'm already on Anti-depressants & he has just made me feel even worse about life & myself!
I usually see Dr. Maria Damigos & she is the BEST but she was heavily booked out for a full week & I couldn't wait!

Stay away! They treat people like with no respect. I only out 1 star because there is no 0, always a loooooong wait! They give antibiotics without confirming if that's the issue and if that pill that have given you actually is needed to a woman that is breastfeeding a newborn, they said if they are not the correct ones they will call as to stop taking them! 2 weeks later symptoms are still there and the baby got sick cause of them. We went back and an other doc that checked the results, said the are not needed. Its something else! Antibiotics is not the best thing to take especially if you don't need them! 3 time the doctor promise I'll call you, and never has! And when you call them as a reminder they say we don't give information over the phone! Ok that's fine, but why do you promise it? I guess as long as we up sell and make the dollars, who cares about the people! They spend very short time with the patient.

Had to wait 45 mins to see the doctor and they only allow you 10! Mins duration, they put a time limit on your appointment!

I did immunization for my infant from this center first time and I was happy and it was great experience with all the staff but only problem occurs when they did not updated my child record in system.center link cancel child rebate and its hard to chase center link calls.waiting time and everyone is aware with this. I called to them number of times and and I used to speak to reception (Marie). Her number of times even before. I have dates and times also from my mobile bill when I speak.and she promised to callback from nurse but did not received any call and voice mesg.my wife personally visit their to update but still no answer.then today I call to them and Marie tfr to jamie and jamie promise to do before 430 pm.which hopefully she will do needful.she said nurse will do every week updation but this one why not updated from last 4 weeks.dont know even they did not update after my calls when I inform. I will never go with them now becz if Its took one month to update then its better I can go some other place where I can get update all stuff instantly or in proper frame of time which is genuine instead of keep calling and requesting to do same.dont know what to say.confused, but not a good experience.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone was so rude to me from the receptionist to the doctor. All this happened because i was 10 minutes late seriously? I went to see a doctor named Aaliyah she was so rude and treated me so disrespectfully with bad attitude. She even gave me a lecture about being late! I didnt even finish telling her the reason why i am seeing her because I was so disgusted with her and considering its my first time see this doctor you would think she would at least try to be nice. I seriously just wanted to leave. I walked out of the clinic feeling very disappointed, angry and unhappy. I regret not saying anything to her and those receptionist.
