Lalor Plaza Medical Centre

Over an hour late for telephone consultation, a message to let me know they were running behind would have been nice.

Good location near Lalor Plaza on McKimmies Rd. With plenty of parking including disable parking near entrance. Well established medical centre that l have been going to for many years. Large waiting area to sit. Includes a dentist there, & blood testing. Reception desk staff are helpful & courtious. Male & female Drs.available, who treat you with care & respect.

We were vaccinated by Dr Moderesi and nurse Sandeep.both were very courteous and sympathetic to our concerns and explained the potential vaccine side effects thoroughly.
We were very pleased with their professional approach and would recommend these health professionals without hesitation

I have been a patient at the clinic for many years the medical Doctors here are very professional trust worthy and care about your needs. And as for the reception staff well I can't say enough

Been coming to Lalor Plaza from when I was 10 years old now 57. Some of the best doctors over these years. Fully trust these medical practitioners. Will give you the best care.

I think it's sickening that even when you've had an incident at work and you are in pain, and need to see a doctor urgently, they will still tell you "sorry, we are all booked out". Such a shame that an injury at work isn't even considered urgent to them!

Made a over the phone consultation and the doctor never call back, waited all day. Call the clinic back asking about my appointment and they were no help just said the doctor might be busy. Very disappointing and not even a call or message letting me know anything.

They are on 5 minutes walk from our home they will not check you if you don't have appointment and my wife is a nurse they won't vaccinate her due to not being an existing patient it is discrimination and putting people in hassle

Won't vaccinate me because I am not a current patient. Not only is this discrimination it contravenes the declaration of Geneva that all doctors swear

Reception staff are really bad, beginning of 2020, family wanted flu injection, me & Mum called twice a week for 1 month, they claimed they didn't have any, I called another medical clinic within 30 minutes we registered & had our injection, family also been here our whole lives always very long wait, we hate it, I usually check my email which takes me over 1 hr, enough time before GP calls my name, my Physio also told me there Coverterd. (Over worked), Physio refered us to another clinic which we registered & helped us more nolong waiting period.

Stay away! Worst medical center I’ve ever been to. The receptionists “Teresa” & “Maria” were insanely rude and diluted by their own arrogance.

Receptionists are unhelpful, unwilling to assist. Time wait for booking are 40mins-1.5hr. Asked for my normal prescription and to fill in a quick less than 5mins form but doctor refused and ask to re-book another appoint.

Booked appointment for my mum and was told it was going to be a lady doctor. When my mum arrived a male doctor came out instead. Shifty. Also there's a reason why the previous reviews mention poor, rude service by receptionists, it's because they are! To me, my mum, and others. Unpleasant for people who need to interact with people.

But the waiting times OMG!

The Medical centres waiting times could do with an improvement. Often waiting over an HOUR even though an appointment was made.

Long wait times, no toys or magazines and the Rudest phone staff ever, rang to make an appointment and I've never felt like more of an inconvenience to someone. Worst doctor's office around

Arrived 25mins early for my appointment and have been sitting here waiting for nearly 2hrs. They really need to lower their booking numbers here because it’s a joke. I don’t mind waiting but it happens every single time I come here. Having said that, the doctors are great.

Just the worst services. I've had it with them with them.always have to wait 1 hr min up to 1.30 hr today so finally walked out wont be back there again. Last doctor didn't even tell his patients he was retiring just left them in the lurch. Place is getting worse and going down hill.

Worst medical centre whenever you need doctors are not available, they said come next week and book the appointment one week before, if someone is sick on that day, so they need to wait for week

Missing Dr Maria from here but when needed I do travel to see her at her new clinic. I love seeing Dr Beeby, he is fantastic, but when I have to desperately make a booking, unfortunately I sometimes get stuck with Dr Choudry - his wait time is a joke. This is the only fault with this place, other than that we will keep coming back. Have been coming here my entire life.
Maria at the front desk is lovely! Always helpful and just a wonderful lady, she always goes above and beyond for me. Angela needs to learn people skills, often very rude and short tempered, especially on the phone. If she answers, I hang up and call back later.
