Great doctor and staff have a lot of doctor options only have to ask I found out for myself if you ring and the lady or ladys that answer the phone and are a little short it's just because the phone is probably ringing off the desk they are very nice

Made an appointment and saw my Doctor within two days, clinic wait was only short and the staff very friendly.

Been going to this clinic for 10 years now. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Check up by the GP was thorough and provided good medical advice for at home care. Wait time have been long at times but that’s understandable.

Dr Modaresi is an excellent doctor. She’s caring and thorough, with exceptional medical knowledge.

This clinic used to be amazing but the quality of care has declined in recent years. I cannot speak for all doctors present at this clinic, but the two I have seen (Dr. Bikash and Dr. Crilly) have not provided adequate service as of late.

With one you will be waiting a minimum of 30-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before being seen. Then when you are seen, you feel as though you are being rushed and just prescribed anything without being properly looked at.

Then with the other, if you are even 5 minutes late (to a double appointment for you and your 6 week old daughter, while also giving notice to the clinic by calling beforehand), you are berated and given attitude. You are asked questions to things that should already be on your file, as the hospital has sent through the relevant documentation upon your discharge. You are judged and pretty much laughed at because it’s “not hard to see” that you had gestational diabetes during pregnancy because you’re overweight. My 6 week old daughter was not touched or even looked at through the whole appointment. Only a referral for a hip ultrasound was given for her.
I was out of that office in less than 10 minutes for back to back booked appointments. She was not put out for me being 5 minutes late, in fact she saved time by berating me out of her office. I agree with another review left here that she definitely should just retire.

Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere, or at least with another doctor that’s not one of those two.

My family have been seeing Dr Crilly for about 6 years. We followed her to this clinic from a previous clinic even though it is further away from where we live. A genuine family GP who listens and explores all options for genuine medical issues. My kids (10,6 & 3) enjoy visiting the doctors due to Dr Crillys genuine caring nature.
It’s hard to find a GP that you trust.

It was really good. Got all info I needed and was in and out quickly.

Not the kindest group of receptionist staff in my opinion. Although we live around the corner, for my family’s care we decided to find another clinic that can accommodate care.

Very few doctors on staff which makes it hard to book appointments and hard on the doctors keeping up with demand. Dr Chaudry was very attentive and helpful in answering all my questions.

My daughter had her 6 week check up after having a baby and the babies 6 week appointment and had to wait over an hour. With the baby getting very restless, she left. They then rang my phone to see where she was. She was not waiting another minute to be seen. After 45 years of going to this clinic, it has never been so bad. Time to find another clinic.

My appointment for mine and my baby’s 6 week postpartum checkup was pushed back 3 times and I was expected to wait over an hour with a crying newborn whilst people who came into the doctors surgery after me were seen before me, myself and my family have been going to this doctors surgery since before I was born and I will not be returning to this clinic again

Hallo everyone I'm an existing patient to the clinic for more than 25 years, been getting special treatment program services with Dr Beeby been now retired, please the practice now needs a DR FOR ONLY a handful of patients like My self needing medical treatment program with medication name (SUBOXONE) THE CLINIC NEEDS A GP ABLE TO EMPLOY A DR WITH A LITTLE EXTRA TRAINING AS DR BEEBY HAS BEEN ABLE TO PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS LIKE SUBOXONE MY SCRIPT IS 2 WEEKS BEFORE EXPIRY I HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY HELTH PROFESSIONAL'S THAT FOR ONLY UP TO 5 PATIENTS ONLY ARE ABLE TO PRESCRIBE MY LONG TERM TREATMENT PROGRAM MEDICATION LISTED ABOVE A DR CAN CONSIDER TO PRESCRIBE AS DR MARK BEEBY HAS BEEN FOR YEARS TILL I'M ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER CLINIC WHICH IM HAVING TROUBLE TO FIND, SO PLEASE I DO NOT WANT TO RELAPSE, PREVENTION BEFORE CURE IS NECESSARY FOR ME. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL PATIENT TO THE PLAZA CLINIC FOR DECADES SO PLEASE I NEED A GP FROM PLAZA CLINIC TO UNDERSTAND WHICH IM SURE THEY WILL EVENTUALLY EMPLOY A DR TO CONTINUE MY TREATMENT PROGRAM. I have been going to the Lalor Plazza Medical Centre for many years and would highly recommend it to everyone friendly staff and doctors who greet and treat their patients with respect and with professionalism I wouldn't go anywhere else keep up the good and the fantastic work

We have been coming to this clinic for many years, and although there are good doctors here the extremely rude attitude of the staff at the reception have put me off ever coming back. They cancelled an appointment without notifying us and then proceeded to put the blame on me in a very rude manner. Very disappointed. Apart from this it takes 3 weeks before any doctors even become available. These are trying times for everyone. Patients needed to be treated with courtesy and respect also, not just the staff.

If you have ever wanted a clinic with the most incompetent so called doctors ever go and visit this clinic! Firstly you are just a Guinea pig to them, they have no care about if you live or die! I was misdiagnosed for 6 months with this clinic, in constant pain until I couldn’t take it anymore and went to a new dr who diagnosed my issue after one visit and confirmed it with the right tests! Not only are the diagnosis terrible you will book a 9am and if your lucky they will see you by 5pm! Then if you have a need for a Dr good luck! On average ring today and they may have an appointment in 2-3 weeks! Absolute joke if a clinic and all I hope is that they will be shut down for medical incompetence before they kill more patients!
