52Poor Customer service I even had, Food was worst (They served cold nan breads and even didn’t apologise for that) and Girls were Rude, avoid them for parties or dinner, save your wonderful memories for some other Restaurant
The staff is just ridiculous, they don’t even greet you. I visited the place on 09/09/18 they had some party going on for 70 people. They straight away told me that they don’t have chairs for people to dine in and I can only have take away, the staff being just so rude. Would not recommend anyone for weekends.
Food was average. The most worst thing we found that i was chewing the food and i found a glass of piece in my mouth while chewing. And what they did they just deducted the money of one vegetable.
So image if i had swallow that food how i can be in big trouble with my life.
The main mistake i did i let them go b'oz of indian otherwise i would i had show them in media how they are taking care of hygiene.
So friends it is up to you. Unfortunately i didn't have any video or proof.
My experience at lalas kitchen was great. I really enjoyed the food and was at a reasonable price. Me and my family enjoyed the food and are willing to come back again.
Average food. I was hoping more authentic kathiavadi food.perhaps best kathiavadi food in Melbourne but again there are not many places who offer this.
Excellent good and catering on my daughter’s birthday. All the guests were asking where did you get food from!
Been there with group of family and friends on Saturday for dinner. Complete chaos, they couldn't able to manage. Had to wait for everything, they don't replenish items on food counter. Going back again ever

Very nice food today. Only naan bread was too crispy. We ask them make it soft, it was good try, no red onion salad, white onion does not go with curry and bread.

We ordered the food for 70 people, not just it was amazing but it was more than enough for 70 people, thanks uncle Lala for that. On top of that great customer service from Sweta. Thanks for all Lala's kitchen!
Nice place to have small parties. Courteous staff and party arrangements are made on time & tasty food (customized). Haven't tried their restaurant on regular basis though.
