Thank you Lala’s kitchen (Swetaben) for amazing food on my daughter’s engagement ceremony. Food was very tasty. Delivered on time.

The food variety on buffet was good but food was almost cold. The roti basket was empty but it took long for it to be filled. Rhe cutlery were so dirty, sticky with lots of dirt particle and fingerprints doesn't look clean at all. The tables were dirty too.
Drive an hour and half as they advertise time to time about their buffet and it looks quiet interesting but it wasn't worth at all.

When we think about celebrations, LK would always be our first option. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, this might have been the best meal ever been served to our guests as they have mentioned. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10.

What was that. I am still in shock. Very very disappointing. Specially when it is advertised as restaurant. As soon as you walkin, it looks like a side of a hall where tables are haphazardly placed for people to sit n eat. Even uni canteens are better. No ambience at all. Buffet table was not at all kept clean. Staff was not bothered on this. Food everywhere on buffet table. The appetite has gone for the toss looking at all this. Still paid $30pp for a food worth not more than $15 just because we wanted to try Kathiawadi food, that too driving all the way from Northern suburbs. Not at all worth visiting n wasting money.

We had booked Rajasthani meal.

I must say the signature Rajasthani dish- daal baati was a massive let down and quite disappointing.

Gatta, Jodhpuri Aaloo were nice.
Rest of meal was good.
Service was excellent.

We sent there last weekend and the food was just awesome.

They were serving their Gujarati thali (they serve different things every week) and it was very authentic.

The fafda/khadi and papdi farsaan was very good.

The khadis, aloo sabji and undhiya were out of this world. The very fact that they served different khadi for fafda and roti/kichdi explains how authentic it was (and both were very tasty).

Their daal was tasty but not the authentic sweet Gujju daal.

The paneer sabji was a let down but you don’t associate paneer in a normal Gujju thali and I guess it was just there to pander to the junta who believe paneer is a must in a veggie thali/buffet.

The jilabies were awesome. They were not too sweet and did not have a little sour taste that sometimes comes in them in other places.

Only feedback is if the oil in the aloo sabji could be reduced slightly.

Good Ambience.
Good sales pitch but delivered only half on what we agreed. Bit frustrating as they did not deliver what we agreed on.

Starters were excellent
Main was medium
Desserts were bad

Shweta provided the most amazing food for my wedding events, I’ve never received so many compliments for food at an event before! Can’t wait to have her again for future events!

Rubbish food on Sunday unlimited in 30 dollars wasn't cheap. Worst experience as we went with our friends 15 people. Puri was fried for pani puri which is not right to serve, Absolutely terrible experience never again in my whole life.wouldn't recommend to anyone to go.

Professional and flexible team that were receptive to our needs for our big Indian wedding and really went the extra mile to make the day quite special. We held our ceremony and reception on the same day so Sweta and her team really had to work quite hard to bring it all together - and they definitely did! As I am from a South-Indian background and we requested that one of the meals was a traditional thali, Shweta personally made versions of the food and brought it over for us to try to make sure we were happy. She was more than happy to answer all the questions we had throughout the process, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was to our taste and fancy - this included getting extra wait staff as we needed them as well as bringing extra articles such as water goblets and posters to make our lives easier. On the day, she made sure that things ran smoothly and the food is still being talked about by our guests as some of the best catered food they've had in years! Thanks so much to Lala's Kitchen's team for making our celebration such a special and memorable one:)

Unfortunately after recent experience with Gujarati thaali we won't be coming again. You had so many people booked on the day that there was no attention to service. Quality of food was also very average. We were hoping for some authentic thaali like experience but it was far from it. Definitely avoid if you looking for thaali experience.

Not committed person.don't do any function or birthday party catering.not a responsible person.last moment change the mind.they don't do catering.

We had our dinner today. Starters were good Lilva kachori & Veg Manchurian so got 3 *s.
Main curries were ok but Naans were smelly n not cooked properly. We couldn’t finish all our curry n naans, very disappointed. Water glasses and cutlery weren’t clean n very dirty. Expensive a bit.

This place is amazing!
Went there for a friend’s birthday party & having never had Gujarati food before I was blown away by the flavours.worth time and money

Gathered for a birthday and the space is sufficient for about 40-50 families (max). Food was great.
Note: Tricky to find the entrance for firstimers; they do have parking right outside the restaurant, hence look for other areas to park only if you don't find space there.
