La Porchetta Melton

I placed my order at 4: 13pm to be delivered at 5: 15pm & it still came 6 minutes LATE! Had plenty time to make it. Ordered a medium marinara instead recieved a Margherita! Was so hungry ate 1/2 the Margherita, called to tell them of there mistake which they said they will replace it with a SMALL marinara because I’ve eaten half of the Margherita! In all honesty they stuffed up my pizza, which they should have replaced it with what I ordered, a MEDIUM, not small! Regardless whether I took a bite or not! I was hungry. After all, I did spend about $83! Bad service. I’m a first time customer here and definitely won’t be returning.

Ordered a vegan pizza and creamy vegan pasta, the pasta had no sauce. I called to complain and was told they were out of vegan cream, so I said I would’ve appreciated them letting me know so I could order another meal or order from another la porchetta, and was rudely told ‘well there is no other la porchetta in Melton’. The customer service was terrible and the pizza was also a bit soggy mess. Definitely not worth $60 for a pizza, pasta and garlic bread.

It has some top vegan choices and good variety of foods. I tried vegan soup which is served hot and is tasty with chunks of well cooked vegetables. Also tried eggplant chips which have a good crust around them.yummy for all at the table!
The hot chocolate was so tasty and served hot as I requested in a nice mug. You don't have to wait too long for food here which works well. Dessert of Tiramisu is a huge serving in a glass and goes at a good price with a coffee deal. Reasonable prices it's worth trying La Porchetta again!

Service was good, but the door kept opening, so it was very cold.
Food was as good as the one at Werreebee Plaza or Benghtli.

I had a great meal, huge serving size for all of our mains. The staff were excellent - the drawback was dirty toilet and floor in bathrooms (both). In the wheelchair/ambulatory cubicle the seat was wobbly and the floor wet which could be very hazardous.

Service os their strong point but fhe food can be hit and miss. Pizza is normally the best option as some dishes come out undercooked or watery.

Had a great dinner. Food came out fast, pizza and pasta were great, service was great. Nothing to complain about. Good family venue

Waiting for a take away pizza, had difficulty hearing my number called due to the general noise in the restaurant.

Food was disgusting and not edible, manager was rude and less than helpful.blamed us for the food being gross.never going there again.

The pizza is good with the garlic bread and the wait for food and takeaway isn’t bad.

Sometimes deliveries mess up but yeah mistakes happen and it really won’t be an problem.

Nice Tasty Food which can have vegan options, also deserts and an toilet.

Orderd spaghetti and meatballs as a meal, all
I got was a bowl full of pasta and two meatballs that’s it 2? ! Complained I only got two meatballs in my meal and they just said that’s how it served. If I’d know that I wouldn’t of orderd it.

They have really stepped up there game since my previous visit. Fast service, beautiful fresh delicious food

The staff seemed to be working under sufferance. All smiles are false. The quality off there products is questionable. What happened to the olives and salami. Nothing Italian about these items.

We booked a party of 15, kids enjoyed there pizza's and adults enjoyed Salmon, Chick Parms and Gnocchi. Price was reasonable the night ran smoothly.

Ordered and although notified them they missed one of my meal they happily returned free of charge delivery and given me a large garlic and cheese and dessert as complimentary for their mistake. Thank you:) Love the pizzas there, never fail to disappoint. Friendly service and apologetic.

Everyone’s food was beautiful and the service by all staff was excellent, in particular Mandy. I shall return ️

No free bread, our group got pasta, pizza and a Parma and all were horrible and bland. Not worth money at all.

Came here for dinner and service was fast and provided an okay meal. The main meals overall were excellent but one of our vegan meals contained non-vegan chicken salt which was a let down. Overall our experience was good but the meals could be improved.

Went there tonight got our meals and my friends daughter lasagna was stone cold got offered another meal but was waiting 30 min so by the time we ate she was still waiting for food. When we asked waitress what was happening with food she laughed and had no idea. Wont be returning unfortunetly.

I am rating u very low. But staff need Come to the customer went arrival. Seated down and go away and I have a ask u take our order. Pasta was nice but the pizza just fell apart. All the stuff just fell off the pizza. Where the
cheese. Try to get staff to ask to get water and another jug of coke it was very hard.
