La Porchetta Melton

The staff seemed to be working under sufferance. All smiles are false. The quality of there products is questionable. What happened to the olives and salami. Nothing Italian about these items.

Greek Salad, Garlic Bread and 3 Pizza were absolutely delicious and alot of food for just $35.00

I would definitely recommend purchasing a meal from this joint.

Treated to dinner for my birthday by my son and was glad we chose to come here! I had the Fried Calamari, very generous portion and it was just right! My son had the gluten free pasta and again didn't disappoint! Thanks La Porchetta!

Tried ringing but they just hung up on me. Couldn't order my meal online as it wouldn't let me put in spaghetti carbonara for the $45 deal.so we re ordered/changed our menu online and paid the extra money for spaghetti carbonara, only then to find out that we cannot pay by paypal and as we don't do credit cards we could not order, talk about wasting our time.so I ordered elsewhere.

The pizzas at la porchetta use to be amazing! Now they are the WORST!

Original Porchetta has completely changed. The meat taste gross and they barely put any cheese and much toppings on the pizzas. For the price you pay here I'd rather go for Domino's and they aren't that great either. No wonder why there are so many bad reviews here about la porchetta Melton.

Either you make improvements on your pizzas or you won't see customers coming back anymore. You guys talk about quality but I don't see that at all. It's just about prices!

Avoid at all costs, atleast go to Caroline Springs, it feels as if this one la porchetta has different recipes to the rest, way too much cheese in almost all of their dishes, have given 5 last chances and i mean it this time

Ordered veggie patch pizza it was so much greecy and no toppings except mozerrela chesse.never order again

Worst food ever! Ordered an eggplant Parma, it was awful, raw, couldn’t eat it! Cost me $26 and was a complete waste of money!
The veggies had grit in them.

Nice experience, turned not so good at the end. Ordered 2 beers with our meals. Ordered another 2 that didn't arrive. My husband went up and told them, so got the 2 beers eventually. All was fine. Then comes time to pay and they tried to charge for 6 beers. No, we only had four. The waitress informed us that there were six beer bottles in the bin so we must have had six! Um no.definitely not paying for 2 we never had. The other waitress swore that she delivered them to the table.she most definitely did not. We were made to feel like liars! Check your cameras la porchetta! A delicious meal, so kudos to the chef, but left with a bad taste after the way we were treated.

My expectations were low and yet I was disappointed: Severally underseasoned foods, the prices are a rip off. Expensive because they exaggerate their worth as a corporation. To top that, lowkey hostile or otherwise ignorant waiting staff.

Went for grandsons birthday, staff did not inform us of drink specials, had to call staff to place order after waiting 20 minutes. Seemed like some staff didn't really want to be there. Constant cold breeze coming down on where we were seated. After finishing meals, empty plates were not removed at all, despite staff walking by empty handed. After businesses being closed and suffering for so long owner needs to be aware of what's happening. Unfortunately won't be going back in a hurry which is a shame as we like to support Melton businesses.

Pathetic service. Ordered 2 pizzas. They got both of them wrong. Called up to let them know, was told we were lying and too bring them back to show them first.

Good service, good food and good prices. Its the kind of place that always maintains a good standard of service and quality.

Honestly used to love coming every weekend with my family. Service, atmosphere, food and cleanliness was pretty much perfect. Would have given 4.5 stars back in the day, but they seem to have lost their touch in many aspects. The more I dine in, the more I notice how non inviting the staff are. The food is quite average, almost like home cooked, but the pizza is still relatively good.

All in all, there are much better places to dine in at woodgrove. Would not really recommend this place anymore.

Called in for lunch yesterday after my pizza arrived l went to the toilet to my disgust the guy who made my pizza left the toilet without washing his hands so after l washed my hands my wife and I paid our bill and left.
Will never eat there again.

I would regularly get pizzas from this store but after this evenings experience I will not be returning!

I made a phone order this evening for 2 large pizzas; The Lot and Capricchosa and one medium Aussie asking for no anchovies!

When arriving to collect my order the lady ready the order back but failed to mention no anchovies, so I noted that I had asked no anchovies.

She yelled to kitchen hand to put in another pizza with the lot, no anchovies, and told me it would be 5min.

I wait, then the lady brings out the pizzas. I get home only to find anchovies on the Lot was thaCapricchosa. The Lot was that soggy it soaked the bottom of the box - both went into the bin. At least my daughters pizza; the Aussie was somewhat consumable!

Absolutely terrible customer experience.

La Porchetta's Melton has lost it's touch. The last 4 orders have been awful but tonight was the worst ever. Firstly sending our Aussie pizza overloaded with chilli and upon receiving our replacement, it took an hour and 15 mins delivery and was completly cold, soaking in fat. The pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box! Terribly disappointed. We will not be returning!

Food was edible, but bland and not worth the money you pay for it. When we asked the waiter for milkshake flavours (as the menu didn't specify what was available) he wasn't sure and just mumbled out a vague, half assed answer.
Overall met bare minimum standards, but would not recommend to anyone.

Staff can't answer certain questions concerning the menu and don't even bother to go check when you do ask.

I Ordered the rissoto and it was very tasteless to the point where if I didn't put parmesan on it, it would have been bland.

Customer service was average and not what you'd call professional.

Wouldn't recommend.

Really lifted there game in last 12 months hit a low at 1 point but now are serving nice food with excellent service deffinetly recommend
