I went to get 2 cappuccinos I waited half an hour to have them made when they were given to me they were absolutely disgusting so I took them back. Sitting their and observing while I was waiting was an absolute joke 1 girl was running around like a chook with her head cut off and the other woman was answering phones taking orders for customers and trying to serve the in house customers as well the whole experience was a joke and poorly run by management. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, I witnessed customers getting angry sending food back to the kitchen and getting very angry about the meal wait times. 1 gentleman expressed that he waited an hour for a soft drink seriously what a joke.

Great bang for bucks, especially because fries are extra and who wants fries anyway, what with their fantastic salad which is served with their Chicken Parma.

We went here as a family to have dinner. One of our meals were parma and salad and the salad had a millipede in it. We told the server and they offered another meal which we declined. Never go there again.

We had a very long table of 21 people.the Girls gave us great service, the food from main meals, pasta and pizza were all delicious and excellent quality. Thankyou for looking after all us so well.we will be back

Did a pre order. The delivery driver only delivered my main and a bruchetta but no topping. She didn't get my drink or dessert. When I called they were flustered and struggled to find what I ordered. They said they would deliver a fresh drink a thick-shake, my dessert and the bruchetta with topping. My thickshake was old and liquid and the bubbles were pop on the top it was that old. And my bruchetta I ordered had no basil and it had basil in it.

Terrible. Walked in and got ignored, then the waitress walked us to the table and gave us menus without a word. Ordered $30 salmon that was burned to a crisp and a $25 schnitzel that was so burned I couldn’t cut it to eat it. Took two bites and left. Charged $85 for food that tasted and looked like it was yesterdays leftovers. Garlic bread was the only thing with any flavour.

I've been coming to this Restaurant for approximately 13 years. I've had ALOT of complaints with the food quality and service. I've updated this review today as the newest Employees on the floor and the Chef that's taken over are freeking amazing! Tonight I literally had the best Spaghetti Pescatore I've ever had from any Restaurant and my Families food also looked Amazing and they said it was great.
If these Employees are kept on, this Restaurant will soon be flooded in Customers again.

Pasta hardly tasted of anything, poor floor plan confusing set up. Scuffed chairs and tables stacked. Restaurant charged high prices for poor flavourless food

6 of us food kids werent consistent with the amount of fries, my seafood platter was Missing salad n tartae sauce, I ask. For it n they said they will get it out but instead was given aioli sauce. Wife's steak mushroom sauce was burnt, Really disappointed never coming back.

Placed an order for delivery at 5: 35 pm rang at 6: 30 was told pizza was leaving shortly. Rang again at 7: 20 asking where delivery was got told well sometimes we can’t have what we want and was hung up on. So, I spent $70 for two pizzas garlic bread and a drink. Food has arrived at 7: 36 no drink and cold stale pizza. Would’ve been better served spending that hard earned money elsewhere. Bad service, cold food and expensive to boot.

What an amazing team, even though they were short staffed, Stevie really worked hard, serving and cleaning tables all with a smile on her face, no matter the pressure. Also, complements to the chef, not many know how to cook a perfect blue steak, would recommend while these gems are working!

That was the worst service I have ever received in my life. Absolutely shocking! None of the staff look out to see if you need anything you have to call out for anyone to help. They got multiple orders wrong. And they brought dessert to the table first even though we hadn’t even had mains yet. I understand the wait staff might be new but they are just lacking common sense. I’m honestly embarrassed I asked my family to come to this place for my birthday dinner. Never again

Only giving one star because there is no other option. Ordered pizzas and chicken meal for guests at 5.30pm for delivery at 6.45 didn’t come till 7.50pm will never order from them again.
After numerous calls to them they kept telling me they are very busy and driver was on his way. Very poor management, shouldn't continue to take orders if they can's keep up with the demand.

They used to be great!
Honestly, everything tastes frozen and watery. Have given them a couple of goes thinking it was a one off. But no.always tastes super watery, bland and like 0care was given making the food.

$72.90 for a gross tasting Parma and a tiny hand full of chips, 2 aussie pizzas that had a funky grey colour to them and tasted absolutely horrible. Will definitely not be wasting my money here again. Can not understand how anyone can justify charging so much for below standard food.

Went in tonight grab a pizza before watching a movie. Were there an hour before the move started. Sat there for 30 mins with the staff wondering where our meals and drinks were. Eventually had to leave starving because our movie was going to start and nothing was going to be ready.

Outstanding the food taste great the staff are awesome overall very happy being there a number of times now

Ordered the eggplant parmigiana based on the pictures on the website. What you get for $26.90 doesn’t even closely resemble the pictures: three super thin eggplant slices, coated in batter twice as thick, with just a hint of tomato sauce and cheese on top.
Very average tasting and overpriced.
