Friendly staff.
Clean.
Daughter ordered the cannelloni pasta which was swimming in excess liquid in the plate. But she said the cannelloni itself tasted good. The rest of the meals were nice.
Good covid safe practices.

I had the Italian parma with chips the chicken Parma was chewy and the sauce had no flavour and the chips had no taste.
Very disappointing

Beautiful service, amazing staff. Quick service and friendly faces. The girl who served us was amazing and also helped us choose what to order. Fettuccine was delicious. Kids loved their meals. Thank you for making our visit to Ballarat memorable.

Love, love, love this place! The food is absolutely delicious, the staff are super friendly and attentive without being overly so, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Great place for a leisurely meal. To quote a famous actor "I'll be back"!

Haven't been for a while here. Haven't missed it at all. Portion sizes have decreased. No taste and thought I would try mashed potato. Well didn't expect a dessert bowl mounded with dry, clumpy mashed potato. Just like your Mum used to make. Cos it was so dry it needed some gravy, which when I asked was going to sell me a jug of gravy. All I wanted was a little bit to make it more edible.
Maybe chef should look at a career in plastering. The green bowl of herbs looked like Alpaca spit, and probably didn't taste much better.
Spent quite a bit for a family of four, but everyone was disappointed, and would not go back in a hurry.

Surprised to see so many good reviews. The pasta I ordered was unflavored and the meat was tough. Really bad pasta. Pizza was mediocre.

My friend that tried my food commented that he would give it a 1/10.

Disappointing! Chef should reconsider his/her occupation.

Consistently good, great portion sizes, friendly long-term staff some with 10 years experience. Prices have really crept up over the years. Not much cheaper than a bistro like Carboni’s (if at all). We had best pizza we have had in long time and staff we're really good! We will be going back for sure

I was in for dinner on Thursday night and they have the whole Covid restriction process down pat. Was really pleased with the service and of course the food was delicious as always. Thanks guys!

Staff were helpful, food was amazing and brought out within minutes of me ordering. Staff went above and beyond to make my experience worthwhile. I even gave a tip at the end. I don't usually do these reviews, but this was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had. I told them I would be coming back when I come back to Ballarat. Thanks

The 1st time I had chicken schnitzel and seafood tasted ferral thought we would try the place again so horrible the calamari was chewy and prawns were tough 3 lousy prawns in pasta when I asked a waitress she took back to chef and here is the kicker the waitress came back said because I ate the 3prawns she wasn't able to help me disgusted

My family and I went for dinner and my meal with pasta and cream sauce was like water and had no flavour. Sent it back and was told they couldn't make the sauce thick. Never ate it. 2 out of 5 meals were eaten. After $179.00 that was spent we won't be back.

After shopping on Black Friday, we decided to end our day eating at this restaurant.

I ordered a Chef’s special “Peri Peri Chicken Parmagiana” and I enjoyed every bite! From the start I knew it would have been a fun combination. The sauce on the Parma was very well balanced, nothing overwhelming.

My girlfriend ordered a “Tortellini Funghi”, the pasta was fresh, sauce was creamy mixed with delicious mushrooms. Everything was on point!

We were surprised by staff with deserts and it was a perfect finish to our dinner.

The staff was super friendly, very easy to engage and talk to, there was not one moment I was disappointed in.

I would definitely be coming back to this place and a must if you love Italian food or if you’re looking for a delicious dinner to end your night!

Had the opportunity to try Thai D'or because we were staying in Abbotsford. I'm so glad we tried this place! The flavors were delicious and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. Great value, awesome variety and good costumer service. We'll be backHowever that said, I wasn't impressed with the interior of the restaurant.

The food is pretty nice, but when I was there with my family, we ordered an iced chocolate but they accidentally gave us an iced coffee, so we told the manager and said that we ordered an iced chocolate but instead of apologising he charged us for the iced coffee and asked us if we still wanted the iced chocolate, and we had to pay for that too. The waiter was very nice and apologised.

The service was great however when they charge a pensioner for a takeaway container it's pretty pathetic. Look out because they hide the price of the takeaway containers into your bill so always check your bill. They wanted to take the pizza box back and make her carry the other half in her hands. Either that or they're trying to get her to leave the pizza so that they could resell it. So from me absolutely zero stars. Despite the fact that I had to put a star up just to post this.

Fantastic take away pizzas and pastas. The pumpkin risotto is my personal favourite. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Solid if unspectacular pasta and pizza. Always of the same standard, which is better than adequate. We gravitate towards the pasta, which comes with complimentary bread rolls. Cheese and garlic pizza is always a great addition.

If you are eating in a different spot you are eating in the wrong spot.
