Kustom Burgers reviews
61 When I first started going here the burgers were A Grade.over time it lost its standard. 9 times out of 10 the burger is under cooked and uneatable. Which is a shame because when it is well done it’s one of the best burgers in the land.
I tend to eat around the outside of the burger as that’s the most. Cooked part. The middle is always raw. I don’t mind a bit of pink but raw is dangerous.
This a a great burger joint. If you're a meat lover then this place will be a treat, and if you're not that ok, they have something for you too. The burgers are huge! The meat is juicy and full of flavour, I had better but these are still good. They cook them to be medium rare and this keeps the patties from getting dry. The special sauce is brilliant and I recommend getting some on any burger. The decor is retro American diner and they have taken that aesthetic to new level by installing a the front of an old car in the window. The milkshakes and the Poutine fries are also great. This is trash food heaven. The cheese is the thing here and there is plenty of it. You can get eat in or take away and they have a cool area out the back with booths. And, you can buy beer here.
Top notch American-style burgers in a very kitschy yet memorable environment. Staff are always on point and we always leave satisfied.
Really cool place! Very good burgers and I just love the back room with the little bar. Been there 3 times now and I loved every time. Good job!
Where was the rest of the chicken in my southern fried chicken burger? 50% of that bun was empty. 15 bucks for three bites.
Not up to usually high standards. The patties seemed thinner and sauce overpowering. Taste still good nevertheless.
These guys are the best! Top quality food! Staff is great! We ordered off Uber eats, had a problem with our first driver not giving us our food and had to reorder order, these guys were amazing, I forgot to write to them a personalised Uber comment/review but we really appreciate everything y’all did for us! Will for sure come again next Time we are in Melbourne!
Love you all
Food is delicious. Burgers and fries are very good. Just a lil bit expensive. Otherwise really good food and service.
As a local, this is my number one pick for burgers in the surrounding area. Proper old school American style burgers served in a layout reminiscent of the happy days tv program diner set. Love it!
The F250 burger wasn't tasty at all. And the Scott fillet Roll was only cheese cuz I couldn't feel the beef and I got 2 big pieces of fat, it was literally only bread and cheese. The food was too bad!
I like this place, image HAPPY DAY's with a car themed decor. Each burger is named after a car and there's a good selection burgers and chips and from memory fried chicken too. The staff where very friendly and helpful with making a selection from the menu. But the milkshake was to die for, at last a descent milkshake.
The souvlaki here is excellent. Slightly small but very tasty. If I only ordered that then this would be a 5 star review, however the chips was a bit dry and chalky. When I asked if they got tomato sauce, they said no and didn’t give me any alternatives. Wish they would be abit more proactive with their service, but otherwise all good.
They got my order wrong but were quick to rectify it and give me a new burger. I really like the decor, very creative with how they’ve used car parts as part of the interior. As for the burgers, i’ll give them a solid 8/10 - the chicken pieces are a bit too large for the bun
Tbh I'm shocked that this place has such fantastic reviews. There was nothing special about this burger joint except the buttermilk chicken patty was delicious. But everything else was quite mediocre/ below average. The poutine fries were not nice at all, the beef burger was nothing special, the front part of the store where they cook smells, I walked out smelling like I just cooked 100 beef patties, maybe the vents/fans weren't working that night, I don't know. The menus were all sticky and oily. I'm so disappointed:/
Great food and old school burger joint, they can get bogged down when busy and sometimes forget people who are waiting.
Great food. Great service. Never an issue here with wait times or the quality of food. Pricing is good. Best burgers by a long way in the area. I live in werribee and make the trip there just for the burgers.
The Impala Southern Fried Chicken Burger is ah-mazing, and so is everything else. Also, the service is awesome too! Definitely recommend!
Not bad but not good. Place itself is kinda cool. Girl who served us was pretty dead pan and uninterested, but that's being pedantic. Good selection of stuff on the menu but from what we got nobody was swayed either way.
Cute, little American Diner with red booths, a bar and a candy section. Burgers were delicious and able to cater for both GF and DF requirements (complimentary vegan mayo included!). The kids loved their spider (a small was HUGE for a kid!). Friendly staff. Will be back
Amazing burgers and really friendly staff! Poutine fries were okay but gravy was a bit salty. Also technically not poutine as they used regular cheese sauce instead of curds. Buffalo wings were disappointing - undercooked and still had feathers.:/
Would come back for the burgers though!
