Kustom Burgers reviews
61 Kustom Burgers seem to have some pretty nice Burgers but in saying that it is rather over priced, I ordered a Hotrod Burger and a can of Fanta and was charged $19.the burger was nice but definitely not worth the money I spent, I also asked for pickles on my Burger, the docket said pickles but the Burger didn't have any pickles on it, I don't think I would recommend Kustom Burgers simply because it is so expensive I'm not even sure if I would return as a customer considering how underwhelmed I was after paying the highest imaginable price.
In saying all that if you don't mind paying top dollar for a OK Burger then sure give it a go.
Kustom Burgers is the most unprofessional burger joint I have seen. Management and staff seemed disorganised and extremely flustered. The restaurant was also considerably dirty, everything felt greasy. I ordered the F150 burger and chips, was quite average considering the amount I paid. Take your business somewhere else.
After a few drinks a good burger was what I was craving and I got that at! Staff were very lovely and the place was very clean. My partner loved the many vegetarian options available. Deep fried pickles were a hit. I loved the juiciness of the beef patties and fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend
Food was awesome! Had the smashed (photo doesn't do it justice). Others all enjoyed their meals.
Insane service, food pumped out quick, hot and importantly fresh
Staff were super friendly and the service was really speedy. Deep fried pickles were delicious and Holden Aussie burger was exactly what I wanted. Just a spot on burger.
Grabbed the Aussie burger, deep fried pickles and the philly cheese steak, and man, I gotta say, it was all just.really good. Not fancy or anything special. Just really good food that hits the spot. Kinda bummed its so far away from where we live.
We hadn't ordered from Kustom Burgers in years because of a bad experience. We thought we would give them another go as it had been so long. BAD DECISION! Asked for no lettuce and it was still put on the burgers. The burgers were so oily that the cardboard boxes and buns were soaked through! Chips were heavy and floury. There are so many better burger places then this, so disappointed we order from them. We wouldn't be back!
Steak burger was like what you'd expect for $10 from a corner shop, but the steak is paper thin. Chicken ribs were overpriced, flavourless, and dry. Blue cheese sauce was somehow solid and also flavourless. Chips were pretty good.
Nice burgers, great 50’s retro vibe with all the classic car parts as decoration. It looks like a blast from the past, i even think i saw “The Fonz” there! Heyyyy
Highly recommend this place. Great burgers and chips. Don't go if you are a health freak coz you are not going to get a salad here but once in a while it's ok to spoil yourself and visit kustom burgers
Good burgers. I have now eaten the burgers a few times and have enjoyed it every time. Ate in this time and had a pint of 'Brooklyn' beer which complemented the burger nicely. Worth checking out.
Upped from 4* which was mostly for delivered meals. But dining in its just a fun diner style experience. Great burgers, decent fries, and a selection of root beer. The burgers are a lot better on premise rather than delivered in grease puddles. Tasty grease puddles, though.
I've been multiple times with friends, family, and on my own. Each time the staff have been friendly, helpful, and the food has been great each time. I absolutely love this place.
Awesome place, not just for the rev heads or car fans, but if you love a good burger (or strain of that's what you are after) then this is definitely a good place to add to the list of good foods!
The menu was not as per the web site. We went along for the vegetarian options and they didn’t have a lot of them available. Chips were small portions and over cooked. The veggie patty looked and tasted like a supermarket pattie. The cheese was plastic wrapped slices.
I just tried their beef burger and honestly it’s below average and plus so freaking tiny pattie, also the fries was okay, I don’t think I’ll come back again.
Don’t recommend if you’re craving for beef burger dunno about the chicken one.
*The customer service was friendly and apologised when bringing my burger missing something and they changed the burger.
Was about to give 1 star but just because of the staff gave 2
This place was so disappointing. I had a friend who warned us but we needed to see for ourselves. The chips came out unevenly cook. We had some that was over cooked burnt to undercooked.
The meat patties was tiny couldnt even taste it. The hamburgers buns were soaked in tomatoes sauce. My chicken ribs was so burnt and disgusting. Not happy about this.
Small burger patties, chips three ways (undercooked, burnt, cold), overcooked and burnt ribs, so much tomato sauce that my daughter's face was covered in it on her first bite and top it all off the seating area in the back smelt like urine.bon appetit!
Plenty of burgers to choose from, decently sized and flavourful. The burger buns were a bit lacklustre, dry and soft, and the chicken ribs were a bit dry too. Would definitely go again though!
I love this place!
The menu and the decor is amazing, I love the motorsport theme.
When we ate here I chose the EH Smashed Burger, and it was big and beautiful.
You won't find better priced, big, smash grass-fed beef patties!
Going to be back soon to see what else I can tick off from the menu!
