Kustom Burgers

Great friendly staff. Decent trashy burger. Good if you like cheese sauce and slices; milkshakes with lashings of cream and syrup.

We experienced to see MICE running around the ventilation system inside the rear room above the chairs and tables where we “normally” eat on a weekly…sitting in the booths in the rear room! It is obviously disgustingly bad for us to see and think that these mice may be running over areas where people come to eat, exposed cutlery, straws, sauce bottles, etc.we highlighted what we have seen and hope that the owner will resolve their pest control issues immediately! BUT the owners know about mice and we were told they can’t do much about it, and that they double sanitise! This is absolutely unacceptable that this place has not called in professional pest control services! After their inappropriate conduct to not properly take control of their MICE issues they have lost long term loyal customers. Please do better to ensure that your customers are safe!

Burgers are over done in melbs, and here we have this joint that on the surface seems the most gimmicky.but look under the hood and you'll find probably the tastiest burger and chip combo going.

Great quality burgers at reasonable prices, and a good selection of drinks. Love the old school American style booth seating out back, even if it is starting to show its wear.

So I went here with the Misso & my friend Frankie and his misso Kat and also Rob Taco & Frankies friend Steve who is getting married soon and probably won't be out with his friends for burgers again soon cause he is having a baby. We went here after seeing the wrestling and some of the wrestlers came in and everyone cheered for them but really they should be cheering for the burgers and the fries cause they were the real winners on the night. The chilli dog put my hunger into a suplex and the food referee gave it the 1 2 3 which means my hunger tapped out and left without a championship belt. I would say that the burgers and fries and hotdog here are perfect for a post wrestling food snack date with your misso and friends.

Also the food is car themed which is funny cause it's fast food and cars go fast

Top joint. To all hotshots who aren't happy with there experience perhaps u should politely go and tell the owners who try there best instead of being Internet warriors.

I have come here many times, with my friends on walks, or to go out for dinner with friends and family. You can get a simple, simple but great burger with fries for $11 or my personal favourite the F150 burger for $15.50. When I am really hungry and with 1 or 2 other people I love to also get the loaded fries and the slaw.very YUMMY

I visited on Friday evening, was quietbusy, I would say 10-15 mins of waiting time. Nice atmosphere, I would recommend chicken burger. Loved it. Give it a shot guys

The staff were nice. But the meal was not good. I ordered a one double hot rod chilli burger.the onions were not added even though it was written in the menu. They also added a lot of ketchup even though it is not written in the description in the menu. On top of that, the burger was $22. Just double burger, cheese slice, jalapeno and lots of ketchup. It’s no tasty. This is too much, I don't recommend it at all.

Staff discriminated against my friend, disgusting behaviour, played the old vibe too well.food was mid as well.

I got a frozen bun tonight, and when I called the owner called me a liar. So terrible, I must had at least 60 orders in this store. Won't be back, terrible customer service.

Ordered on line. Burger and chips were delivered quickly. However burger was cold. The bun had not been toasted and chips were cold. Deliveroo were not at fault. The food had not been prepared properly. I rang the shop to tell them I was not happy. They tried to blame the delivery service and did not take any responsibility. Very bad customer service.

Kustom Burgers has got to be one of my favourite places to eat. You can choose take-away or Dine in, there is so much variety of food to choose from ranging from burgers to ribs. There is also Drinks and milkshakes. At the back there is a restaurant and a bar where you can drink alcohol.

Menu on DoorDash needs to be corrected, just threw out $25 worth of food because key toppings weren’t listed. Poor form.

Yet another terrible experience. In isolation, needed comfort food, thought i would give this place another chance. Last time. Cancelled my order, after i rang to ask where it was. Had somebody to pick up. This burger place started its business with a bang. Now have become to cocky. Just an ordinary burger joint. Mant better around like chew or burger road. Wont go back again.

One of famous burger stall in the area.at peak time, you have to wait not a little time until you get the dishes.better you order in advanece through the phone. Cheers!

I normally enjoy the burgers here, but their hot rod was over the top spicy. Most normal people like a bit of hit, but this was inedible. Tone down the heat on this sauce. It's not necessary

Still a great place to go. Surfaces are cleaned after each patron, staff are still as friendly as ever. The rest of my review just hasn't needed to be changed.

This place makes some of the nicest burgers. All themed restaurant with a few extra activities. I really enjoy coming here and it is close enough to walk down so we can have a drink or two.

The bar at the back just sets the mood for a 50's style burger shop and the video games at the front amuse the kids.

It is a must for burger lovers to try out.

Do not get the philly cheese steak, I mean, srsly don't.you'll hate it (leaves more for me!) Haha!

Review in October 2021: Literally first time I enjoyed a burger in a LONG time, absolutely loved how they gave a little ketchup tub with the chips! So juicy, well put-together, perfect tasty burger

Review in 2019,4 stars: They got my order wrong but were quick to rectify it and give me a new burger. I really like the decor, very creative with how they’ve used car parts as part of the interior. As for the burgers, i’ll give them a solid 8/10 - the chicken pieces are a bit too large for the bun
