Came and measured fitted wrong blind, basically told bad luck, we will now order what we want from a reputable company. Terrible service dont use, wish we read the reviews

Thank you Kresta Mentone for an amazing job on my shutters and roller blinds. Great service and excellent design advice from sales consultant. Delivery and installation very professional. At each stage of our purchase staff were happy and extremely helpful. Beautiful job all round.

BE WARNED, dishonest company!

I made error of paying this company without taking colourbond colour chart confirming colour on order.

They now refuse to fix they’re error claiming the wrong colour is due to exposure to the sun (when they are installed under eaves.)

So they expect their products to fail.

Initially, we had a good impression. But. If you have problem inside the warranty period, you will need to pay $83 service fee. Yep, it's right. And we just wanted to use them to put blinds in our investment property. Not going to happen

Around Oct 17: first installation failed due to faulty goods. Installer gave 2 options: repair the ‘small’ error or remake. I asked for the best solution and queried about the duration if a remake is needed but was given a vague answer. I was told a remake time would be given before the decision to repair or remake is made. No clear update given so I followed up 2 weeks later and found out they had remade without notification and needed 5-8 weeks. This to me was not a reasonable time and I asked to install the 'small-error' product as I desperately need it and wouldn’t mind the error but this was rejected. During Oct to Dec, poor communication, lack of care, misleading information, and promised callbacks for updates were done poorly, delays and dishonest answers were given. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and later a discount (both rejected). New install dates given since. I called often as more false dates were given in early Dec, 9th, and 22nd. I want a refund for all the dishonesty

An ongoing shambles. Two sets of curtains needed; front windows and curved rear. They took forever to be made but finally they were fitted.

Measurements taken were wrong; front curtains come a good couple of inches off the floor when they were distinctly asked for them to drag. Rear curtains were measured at twice the length and arrived in four sections, only three of which fitted the rail and even then had so much surplus material the curtains just hung in clumps.

Kresta asked us when we were available for a fitter to come round and.funnily enough, whenever we were free they weren't. Eventually harassed them into sending someone. He took all of the rear curtains away (that was 3 weeks ago - windows still bare) and took a new measurement.

Waited and Kresta said the curtains were being made. Then they weren't because Kresta wanted to send out the original guy to remeasure. This happened after a few days and the original guy said the front curtains should be replaced as they're wrong and the fitter who took the second measurement for the rear curtain had effectively ordered one huge curtain to cover the window and not, as was repeatedly explained to him, two to be drawn together. Basically it would all have to be replaced and he promised us that the delay and quality was unacceptable and they would prioritise remaking our order.

That was a few days ago and the wife has just had Kresta call to say they want to come and hang some temporary blinds while we wait for the second lot of curtains to be made.

They are staggeringly incompetent, from sales to measurement to fitting to admin. At no point in any aspect of our dealings with them have they shown even the slightest ability to perform the services they offer, or to be anything other than numbingly ponderous when dealing with customer dissatisfaction.

Currently requesting them come and collect the badly fitting front curtains, cancel the replacement rear ones, stick their 'temporary' blinds and give us our money back.

Woeful.

These sales people which work at Kresta do not care for the customers which walk in. The lack of explanation about the products which they sell and made us feel like we should know what we want. We have never purtchased curtains before and we did mot receive any help. Go somewhere anywhere else but not here.

You would not believe how bad this company is, it is worth writing a book about, Faulty Towers has nothing on the terrible service this company provides. If thinking of buying blinds from them - well just don't - they have been repairing a simple mechanism on a blind now since 24th November 2016 - (it is now 30 December 2016 - and it is a bedroom blind) I even took the blind down for the repair man. Since buying it, under two years ago, we have discovered this whole range of blinds was faulty - almost all had their mechanism fail, therefore it should be under warranty as a manufacturer error. Today when I called them they quoted $1419 for the repair - we are talking just one blinds roller mechanism. The blind did not even cost this much and the repair was pre paid (they insisted on full payment when the job was booked in early November (yes they did take over two weeks to come out and have a look at the blind). I have spoken with their repair people and various girls at their Mentone Show room. One on the girls there did not know where Highett or Beaumaris was! (They are both with two kilometers). There are lots of blind places in this area, unless you want poor quality service and product do go somewhere else. I had to put up one star to be able to post the review - ignore the one star, the company should be in the minus area.

I have made another call to their repair centre since posting the above - it seems that after 5 weeks (7 weeks after receiving the call for the repair, they have finally got the part (it comes from Western Australia) it is a little part, but they do not post parts, they come by rail! - but in this case I think it was walked across. The repair man cannot come till 4th January, another 5 days, he is not on holiday, no time can be given as to when he is coming. Two months - no blind - great service!

Bad customer service. Booked for an appointment which I had to wait for 3 wks. On the day a call saying their consultant was sick so the next app available was 3 wks away.nop sorry, didn't even try to give me an earlier appointment.after a while gave me an app in 2 wks on a Thur.today got a call the app is booked for a Wed which I'm not home and clearly told the lady a few times! Not even going to try again.and the wait for the blinds is 6-8 wks they say.

Terrible customer service! I was completely ignored until I asked for help. Then the staff did not know their own products and were unable to even tell me what fabric choices i had for a certain sheerness. Waste of a trip!
