We ordered a ceiling mounted bedroom curtain for our master with a nice wool finish. After waiting the 6 weeks for our curtain to be made the installation was organised only be told upon arrival that he could not do a ceiling mounted track and he’d have to do a traditional side installation. We were stuck in-between a rock and bit of a and a hard place. If we were told at the time the person came out to measure and quote they could not do a ceiling mount with the weight of the curtains, we would have either chosen something else or gone to another company who could give us what we were after. Instead we were told as the installation was under way that he needed to do a side mount. We were very specific about it being ceiling mounted as side install does not suit a modern contemporary home at all in my humble opinion. We’ve had this in our home for a few years now and every time I look at it I regret not telling them to take it back. We just compromised as we were put on the spot and desperately wanted that window covered. The quality of their product is atrocious. The cord has snapped twice and the movement is super jerky and tough. Not at all what you’d expect from a $4.5k curtain! Do yourself a favour and go with someone who cares about what a customer wants. These guys are just the worst and if zero stars were an option they’d get that.

Kresta Customer Service Representative Jay repaired one of my blinds again today. He is a rare professional that lets you know when he is going to arrive, then arrives on time (!) and provides fast, efficient, thorough AND friendly service.

Installed my blinds and did not give me charger for the automated blinds. Contacted support and paid call out fees only to have no one fix anything. No updates. No response on emails. The worst customer service I have seen in Australia where they don’t respond despite taking money for call out. I have never been so disappointed by anything.

Have failed to install our curtains in 6 months. Now not returning phone calls and holding on to our money. Fitter for failed attempt at fitting was also terrible.

The worst customer service ever. I keep calling them to ask for installation and they keep giving me reasons about they can’t do it. So I bought curtains for nothing?

Just had Amir install our new awning and we were very pleased with his service. He was very polite and friendly. His work was very good and the service was efficient and fast.

We are very happy with our blinds purchased and installed by Kresta Blinds. Initially not happy with the install of the largest blind but Amir was able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

I've been a customer for over 10 years and feel compelled to write this review because they've been so good. Very professional business; we've had them install plantation shutters and blinds in 2 of our houses and are extremely satisfied with the quality of their products and workmanship.

The new shades are wonderful, and fit all the windows and doors perfectly (especially the blackout blinds in the bedroom), even though my frames are a little less than square. Couldn't be happier.
