Ordered blinds, took 3 months. Couldn’t contact anyone or get and return calls for weeks. When blinds came, they where the wrong size, and it has since been 5 weeks since we got told that a replacement was ordered and still nothing has been ordered. Kresta is the Worst company to deal with

The enquiry and quotation process was actually good here. Appointment was easy to schedule, and the sales consultant was able to measure and quote all on the spot as they were in our house.

The after sale support has been.missing.i. E.there is none.

If you don't feel like reading any further, the short story is: DO NOT BUY. Go somewhere else. Not here.

We placed our order on the 6th February 2020, and were advised of a 4-6 week lead time. When we followed up on March 17 we were advised that the order had not gone through until the end of February. It is now May 11, and there is still no ETA on when our blinds should arrive.

I realise COVID-19 has had an impact on all business, however our order date predates any COVID-related restrictions by a matter of weeks. It is a convenient scapegoat used in an attempt to cover up poor customer service. There are dozens of negative reviews on this business; bad customer service is clearly a pattern.

We have paid a 50% deposit so far, but will be cancelling our order and seeking a refund.

Disappointed in the total lack of service - made an appointment, they even asked us to confirm to make sure we were home and so we didn't let them down and it was Kresta that failed to turn up - no call, no apology and when we rang they still showed no sorry or remorse. Rang Victory and they came next day and we ordered immediately from them.

Roman blinds were inferior quality and not what we were led to believe we were receiving. Salesman was misleading. Customer service non existent. Follow up care disappeared and totally non responsive.

Required shutters for 2 tall but narrow bathroom windows and non plumb walls didn't help! Careful measurement however by taking the narrowest point, meant fitting was straigtforwad with only modest filling in required. Delighted with the end result with easy access to order update facility and shutters delivered in advance of due date. Excellent shutters at a competitive price.

I absolutely love buy new Roman blind. It looks fabulous - the manufacturing quality is excellent. I'm also really grateful to the customer service team who managed to correct my measurements so that the blind was made tod the correct size for my recessed kitchen window after I had measured it incorrectly! Would definitely recommend.

Very good work, this has been the second time I have them install blinds in my house and cannot be happier; good prices, friendly workers, and fast service. I am sure that if need any more blinds in the future I'll call them just as referred them to any one looking for good work.

Such bad service.was ready to pay and order, but I'm still not getting answers to my reasonable questions.you pretty much get ignored by this place, so spend your money elsewhere

Avoid this lot like the plague.

I'm glad we got them. When they are up we still have our sunny windows and when they are down it's really attractive.

The satff just came to our house to quote us for blinds, shutters and curtains. He was here for about 2 hours and was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about your products and helpful that I felt I needed to let you know that's exactly really is a credit to your company and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Baby received, very beautiful pure color to gray, generous and pleasant, curtain fabric texture is linen, feel particularly grade, strong Japanese style, but also gave a hook and elegant rope. Cheap price, really like it!

Made the mistake of selecting this company for custom made curtains. They promised me installation in 6-8 weeks. It's now 9 weeks and I've heard nothing. I've tried to call and email, but they don't pick up the phone or respond to calls or emails. The main 13 number also goes unanswered. Very unprofessional!

Very poor customer service, no communication on when blinds would be delivered. I had to call constantly and my phone calls were never returned. Seemed almost impossible to get a straight answer.
