Kota Charcoal Chicken reviews
52 Hands down, the best souvlaki place in Melbourne!
Go for special (lamb). You won't be disappointed.
Simple charcoal chicken and chips and a decent price.
Quality has been on the wane as of late however remains fairly high compared to other similar establishments. The chicken HSP is large and reasonably priced and as mentioned of fairly high quality.
Service is friendly and staff are always very courteous.
Simply the best charcoal chicken in Melbourne, only critique is they run out of it too quickly, but that's what happens when your product is superior to all competitors.
This place does great souvlakia. I would highly recommend the Kota special souvlaki with either chicken, lamb or even mix. The ladies working there are also very nice, they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. Will continue coming back here whenever I’m in the area.
Equal if not the best souva I have had anywhere. Chips are fantastic as well and service is family orientated and friendly.
Great Greek food, and not just chicken. The lamb souvlaki was tasty and the Scotch steak sandwich was melt in your mouth.
Amazing food every time I go there, the smells coming out of the charcoal bbq are to die for! And the service.always amazing!
The best Souvlaki around the area! The owners are lovely and fast, always delicious! Pay with paypass to here, "Okay to tap tap! "
Best charcoal chicken I've ever been too, great chicken, chips, salads and their lamb souvlaki's are the best in Melbourne by far (even better if you eat in). First review I've ever written, it's that good.
Best food, best souvlaki and chicken in town. The ladies are beautiful, always welcome people with a smile. I live in Caroline Springs and kota is the place I go for my charcoal chickens.
Very very clean place.

Unfortunately, it was the best souvalaki in town, but it has decreased in size by almost half and gone up in price.
$12.90 for a traditional souvlaki and they use meat that has been in bainmarie and is not cut of the spit as they used to.
Staff are loving, it would be great if they kept there initial consistency
