Korean BBQ Restaurant

Mmm. Sorry. Would not go back. Ordered a la carte. Beef was very, very tough. Seafood pancake too thick and very doughy. Pork was nice. Servers not very available.

Even though there were bad reviews, when i actually visited to this place to have buffet, i felt customer service was much better then what i expected from the review. Staff were not rude at all. They were all friendly and there were smiling eventhough it was busy.there were only 3 staffs handling everything in such picktime.food was also fresh and good. I will defintely come back again!

UNPROFESSIONAL! It says 10: 30pm closing. I got there around 9pm and the female worker said that they’re closed. I told her that it literally says on her door it closes at 10: 30pm. She also had her restaurant door opened still. Unbelievable! They don’t know how to run a restaurant at all.

Four of us went to eat and booked in advance. Give us a very small place. When ordering, there was no staff who cares for us and has been serving guests at the opposite table. I don't know why the attitude of the staff is very bad.

Only had a buffet option the day we went and the meat quality was what you would expect for the price. Very hard to get the attention of staff

Service was very average. Menu says children eat for half price. Waitress confirms this when we order.then they charge adult price. When I query this they say the menu is old and should have another price on it - think you guys tried that last time we ate here. Maybe update the menus. Used too be a great place to eat in Carnegie but not any more. Many better options for Korean bbq.

Extremely bad service!

Went to have dinner on a Sunday night for a family of 5.
They said we had to have a banquet. Our 2 children didn’t want to eat so we ordered 3 banquets.
The chef then came out and said we still had to pay for the 2 children even if they weren’t eating because they too are sitting on our table.
No wonder they aren’t busy!

Super friendly team of workers, they will cater to whatever you need. The food there is outstanding! Probably the best Korean BBQ I've had. They make sure you get your order and that you're comfortable. Amazing service and amazing food. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area and want to try Korean BBQ!

Dont book this place. I made a reservation for 12ppl, 2 of which were small children. They wanted to charge the kids buffet rate despite them not eating, just to sit on a seat! Ridiculous!

Inconsistent Closing time. Listed as to close at 10: 30, arrived at 9: 30pm, was not let in. Disappointing.

Delicious food, great atmosphere and so nice staff. Me and my partner loved it and the dessert was also outstanding: green tea ice cream!

Good deal for what you pay. Food is good, never managed to finish it though. All you can eat meat! Yummy

We booked a table, but traffic jam led us to arrive 20 minutes late (I called them but not pick up), there were only two tables with customers, all others available, but staff not let us have dinner! They said we should not book that early if we cannot come, they have tables, and offered a group of people a table when we left (I heard staff ask if they have a booking and they say no), I was just opened the door and let them in so I can leave! I SHOULD NOT MAKE A BOOKING AT ALL!

I thought I would leave a review because I was quite surprised it has a lower rating that Mrs Kim's Grill (which we tried recently and was unfortunately disappointed with). We have been going to this Korean BBQ place for years. Kids love it, we love it. We always leave feeling very full. It can be very busy on certain days and staff can be run off their feet but we still enjoy it. (Going there again tonight LOL)

Average. Interesting concept, but the quality of meat is not something which will be a reason for me to come again.
