Korean BBQ Restaurant

We ordered two Gourmet buffets for the night. We started off with some fried dumplings, it was nice and crispy and filled with vegetable filling. The marinated meats were nicely marinated with a good amount of flavour in the meats. The pork belly was more towards the lean side, it didn’t have much fat on it, i would prefer it bit more fatty. My personal favourite would be the Ox tongue, a quite pricy cut of beef now days and packed with flavour and an unique texture to it. The Budae hot pot and Soft tofu hot pot was good, it had a good amount of gochugaru in the soup to keep us warm. They also have a $20 all you can drink Korean beer special, i highly recommend that. If buffet is too much to eat they do offer Kbbq sets, rice and noodle dishes. The service was quick and attentive. The decor was quite unique, it had a good Kbbq vibe.
Price is ok comparing to what they have offered on the buffet menu, would say affordable for Kbbq buffet. Rice and noodle dishes looks very reasonable priced on the menu.

We had the gourmet buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and portions were generous. Great value and staff really friendly too. We'll be back!

The foods are supper yum! The price are affordable and literally worth your money. Highly recommended out of every K-bbq I have try so far. The service was super fantastic, the (Korean (?) lady was super sweet, kind, friendly and supportive, I really like her lol; the other staffs were really nice, productive and friendly as well! The food came out a bit late but totally understandable as we came during rush hours and they seem lack of staffs. Anyways, their services literally made my day! The bibimbap, fried dumplings, kimchi (?) soup and the meat are super fresh and yummy; remember to finish your meal with a matcha ice cream too! MUST TRY

I have been eating Korean bbq here about 2 times already. The price is good with all food! Meat was so nice and waitress is very kind to help me at all time. Gonna go eat again today! Cheers!

Amazing customer service, food is very fresh and delicious, very well marinade! The employees is very nice and fun to get along with conversations.

Their ox tongue, cold noodle and seaweed is the best. Super friendly stuff.good value for all u can eat:)

At $41.50 per head buffet I found the food to be poor in quality. Customer service was next to none. Will not return.

Really meh place. The meat was average due to lack of or middling marinade. Soup was like water. Waiter also got confused with whether or not we had the buffet option when we ordered again

Feeling hungry and craving for something haven't had for awhile we ventured back into Carnegie to hunt for some decent Korean BBQ. Got there early during opening.we ordered the deluxe buffet with all u can eat meat! Great deal at $33 each. U also get one of either bibimbap / seafood bibimbap / some varieties of spicy soup and ice cream as desert. 90 min to finish. We went all out. The waitress kept in bringing us what we ordered which was reaally. I gave her assurance we would finish! Which we did.

All the meats were reaally good. Exceptionally liked the ribs very tasty. 2nd would be the of tongue then marinated beef, spicy octopus.

This one is probably only good for the meat eaters. The veggies given at the start were minimal. Also the sides could be better.not much variety but I have to say the kimchi was pretty good.

I come here at least once a week. My favorite Korean BBQ in Melbourne. $42pp gets you the gourmet buffet with a selection of meats to choose from including beef bulgogi, chicken, pork, ribs, octopus etc. You also get some dumplings and a choice of a soup or bibimbap to start with. BBQ is hot and meat is on your table within minutes. Meat is fresh, tasty and some of it marinated in different flavors. Side dishes can vary but have all your favorites such as Kim chi, fish cakes and seaweed salad. Staff are attentive and friendly, food is amazing and fresh plus it's all you can eat! Don't wear a white shirt. You will get food all over it!

The lady who served us didn't reallllyy serve us.
We had a long table of guests and basically did a pass-the-parcel.
Was hard to squish things on the table, server didn't help AT ALL.
She didn't bother to find who ordered this and belonged to who, just gave it to one side of the table and let us pass the parcel.
We were basically the only table in the restaurant and then later on 2 couples came by. Thats it.
The server never smiled, wasn't approaching, i think she was on her phone.
Not a great hospitality service.

Meats are great quality especially the ribs and brisket! You also get a choice of ice cream or fruit for dessert ️

The food was authentic and delicious! We ordered the beef bulgogi and octopus, can’t fault it. The side dishes were abundant and staff were very accommodating. I’m not sure what all the negative feedback are about, especially the guy with the bank dispute, that’s fraudulent. You did eat their food! Would definitely come back

Ordered a pork set for dinner and it fed 2 of us nicely. Food was tasty especially the kimchi stew that it came with. Tasted very homely.

A great local gem!

At here for the first time last night and was very satisfied and had to be rolled out the door. Had the buffet, which has 10+ meat options, plenty of sides and delicious main choices too. We had the seafood bibimbap and cold noodles both were amazing.

All the meat and sauces were delicious, I highly recommend the LA ribs, some of the tastiest and most tender beef I've had at KBBQ before.

Can't beat the value and staff were attentive and very helpful!

They use a slab of stone to have their bbq so the meat can be quite oily. Their all you can eat option have many options, including seafood. The bulgogi meat is the best. The meat is sweet and salty, the best bulgogi I have so far. But I can’t pack my leftovers which I understand because it is an all you can eat place. The mans beside bring their own alcohol which they drank plenty and got drunk. One of them even throw up next to me which stain my clothes and shoes.

The staff are so enthusiastic and kind! They were so patient with me despite the confusion I gave them with reservations. And the meat is all so savoury!

Best korean bbq restaurant in the area, all you can drink is $20 and all you can eat is around $40. Literally one of the best places to eat at in the area

I came to this restaurant on Monday 31 jan and want to dine-in on 8.00pm.but the lady staff told was closed but when i saw actually closing time it 10.30 pm. Dont know why she was so rude
