Great furniture but need to improve the customer service. Need more people to help other customers, especially on weekends and at least greet them when they arrive, even though you're busy with others and make an eye contact when you greet your customers.

Koala living southwharf dfo furniture and decorative accessories are really qualityful and really like the dining table that we bought. Specially Christin has looked after us.

Christina assisted me with my purchase of a TV unit. She looked after me very well and helped me chose the right TV unit.

My experinece in dealings with Koala and Tree Manager at Southwharf Melbourne has been great. Daniel helped me in every possible way when i went there to buy my first furniture i.e. Coffe table, although now i am regular: P.i did also receive a complimentary gift the golden diffuser stuff with my first purchase so he is a great salesman
I did have some complains with the delivery process though but now they do the entire thing themselves so i hope it will be good.

Good quality product available the day after at the warehouse. Good packaging and people vey nice and helpful.

My wife and I were greatly impressed with the high quality and design features of the Koala & Tree furniture. Amanda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which made our purchase of a marble table among other items so much more enjoyable.

Not sure about their product as we have not received their product yet (its been a month over due already) but their customer service quite terrible. They just say what they need to say and hang up while Im speaking! No matter how good your furniture is, will never come back here and will not recommend this one to everyone

Stunning furniture, high quality (and i am picky), lots of choice. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Carl looked after me and provided fabulous service. The staff gave me the space to ponder the two sofas that took my fancy. I purchased the vogue sofa, a gorgeous piece at a great price for the quality. The layby terms are very generous. A very pleasant shopping experience. I would have no hesitation is recommending Koala and Tree at South Whalf highly.

Been here a few time and always receive great service from Amanda and will keep coming back as they keep a great selection of products
