Went in a got myself a couch and clock, loved the purchases but couldn’t get the clock working. Came back in and they were able to get the clock working straight away.

Great place to shop, We have got our dining table, sofas, bar stools and home decor from Koala. Absolutely love their collections & very friendly team. Great customer service and good deals on special occasions.

The products and designs are really good. But the service not so much. I ordered for a set of products from the store, I was asked for 150 dollars for delivery and I paid it. After a while on the same day I ordered for another item and I was asked to pay 20 dollars extra due to ‘items being at different locations’, I paid it. Yesterday after 2-3 weeks and still waiting for my delivery I got another call and was asked for another 30 dollars extra for delivery because of ‘items being at different locations’. So weird it feels like am being asked for a ransom to get my goods delivered. I buy 6k worth of goods from them without any discounts other than the standard 50% off and to keep being asked for more and more money for delivering feels cheap.

Me n my husband received an amazing service at Koala DFO South Wharf. I would like to give a shout-out to Sunny & Chencho for treating us with utmost professionalism n care. They solved all our queries and we are pretty delighted to have everything sorted for our order. We appreciate the efforts of Koala staff to make us a very happy customer.

I visit koala living today, the two team members Leki and Elnaz are amazing, they both have helped thoroughly. I had no plans of buying but u convinced me.
Koala is best.

I purchased a coffee table last year (11/2020) and paid for full. Still have not hear anything back from them. Tried to call head office several times but I can't reach them either. Worst customer service.

Purchased a sofa about a month ago and the delivery company that the company uses has tried to deliver a painting on a sunday telling me that i must be home between 8: 00 and 20: 00, and today have just tried to drop of a side table and telling me that it is my issue. I'm still sofaless and cant ever reach Koala and Living because they never pick up their phones.

Nidhi has been very helpful for the purchase and helped to pick the stock from the warehouse as well.

Me and my wife spent $$$ on furniture at this store. On the day of delivery the delivery guys damaged our flooring by dragging furniture with a wooden frame (tabletop glass) across a floorboards. I could not believe what i was seeing amd asked them to stop immediately and i called koala amd tree. I told them what had happened. They asked me to take photos, which i did. And they spoke to the delivery driver who comfirmed what had just happened. After making my chase down quotes to which they requested i do amd making me send the photos etc. Response was, its not a problem. You meed to chase down the driver! They are your subcontractors Koala & tree. You sent them to my house. Do not spend your money here people! I will be taking legal advice! Shame on you!

4 months and still nothing!
I purchased a dinning table from them in September. I was promised the item will arrive in October. It is December now and still nothing!
This is a company with horrible fullfilment issues. Avoid them!

We are from Hobart and just purchased sofa and wine cabinet from you and must say i can't give enough praise for your customer service.

Exceptional and prompt and very helpful.
We originally only wanted the sofa but ended up with the wine cabinet as well.
