I would give zero if I could for their customer service. I bought a clock yesterday from south wharf and told them that I would return it if my partner didn’t like it. They told me I could return it within 7 days. My partner didn’t like the clock specially the quality of it and since we were already close to Springvale, we took it there just to find out they don’t have a return policy. They said I needed to email customer service and send pictures of the clock with reasons why I am returning it and they might approve my return just for 70% of the original price. Plus I have to take it to the same store. I found this really unacceptable. Have I been informed of all these, I would have never purchased anything from them. But they failed to inform me. Really disappointing.

Leki is a fantastic customer service adviser. She has great knowledge and recommendations to help you display your home accordingly to the size of your home and your budget. I was very impressed with her customer service and I highly recommend checking out her shop and having a chat with her before making plans to purchase elsewhere.
