69Took my car there to get my tires changed not bad at all price was not bad service was not bad quality of job okay waited over two hours not a bad way or should I get my car detailed as well afterwards the price for the tires was reasonable the staff are reasonable I also earn points on my card and I think they done a fantastic job I would recommend most people to go here to get the car serviced or checked up
The Manager went above and beyond in his aftercare service, providing a recommendation for a service they were unable to provide and offering to speak to the mechanic on my behalf to describe the problem. As a woman with little mechanical know-how, the offer to be 'an interpreter' for me was priceless.
Friendly staff, great price, work carried out efficiently and don’t do anything extra unless calling first! Highly recommend for service and tyres ️
Got my tyres replaced at Kmart Burwood. Friendly customer service and excellent advice on reducing future tyre wear when I picked up the car. I can definitely recommend these guys.
Staff were very accommodating: 1) They gave me a lift home so that I didn't need to walk in the rain; 2) They gave me prompt and detailed information about the issues with my car; 3) They were flexible with timelines allowing me the opportunity to pick up my car at a time that suited me.
Rip off people who have no knowledge about cars. My mate went there and they tore him a new one. Stay away from these thieves.
As far as mechanics though this one hasn't let me down yet in the two or three services I've had. They even managed to accommodate my car for a last minute next-day service even though they were booked out.
Looting people, very bad experience. Manager/ desk person does nit have manners to speak even. Stop going to this k-mart burwood.
I don't even want to go into detail of their scams. AVOID BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE unless you want to pay for literally nothing.
