Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Burwood east

The car was booked in today to have 4 new tyres fitted (YGB765)
I was impressed with the Attitude of the Manager Marten on arrival (under the pump) who was assisting a customer along with taking incoming calls
The paper work/work order 4 my car was ready & all I had to do was hand over the keys
I was advised that once the car was ready I would be notified by phone, which did occur within 90 minutes
Very impressed with overall competency of My Car Burwood East
This was not the 1st time that I have used My Car 4 Tyres
I would Recommend MYCAR to Others seeking Tyres or Repairs

Martin was helpful and explained all the necessary fix needed as well as provided options to choose from.

Came in yesterday with a flat tyre right on closing time and the guys here still helped me out! Greatly appreciated! Excellent service from Tyson and Silvio

Took my car to get my RHR brake light replaced. They were pretty busy already but the Manager told me to him his team 30 mins and it will done. Told me the cost straight out.
Amazed that I got a message and it was done in less than 10 mins.

So happy with the team at MyCar Burwood after booking my car in for a service, was very grateful for Marten who called me a few times to let me know what needed doing and how much, giving me the option to choose to get it fix or not. Really disappointing, tried to convince me that I needed a lot of extra work done that simply didn't need doing just to try to get more money. They said they did a wheel alignment but completely ruined it resulting in heavy pulling to one side. Had to get fixed at another place. Total rip off and will try to up-sell things that you don't need.

Silvio was fantastic, I explained my situation and he knew exactly what to do, looked after me straight away. Amazing customer service

Best workshop around! Got stuck at the shops with a dead battery and the guys at Mycar helped me out by jump starting and then fitting a new battery also gave me plenty of good advice and decent pricing regarding my servicing! Definitely will come back and recommend you to everyone I know

They are worse than the worst! Charged me for service items they never performed! They suggested some services and promised car performance improvement but those were all B. S! Changed water pump there and later found they broke a tensioner. Took my car to the dealership and had it fixed there. Stay away from them! Couldn't believe they were operating under the trusted brand Kmart!

Very rude staffs without any understanding!
When I was talking, they stopped me and told we don’t have any time to answer your questions! They believe everything is clear on the board and you need to understand yourselves, very unpunctual. Don’t waste your time and money for here!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.lost my log book and were extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all cost
Bought my car in for service was, where it was running perfectly prior. 3 days later and $1k service the car no longer works. Do not use unless you just ch a bring tyres the mechanics do not know what they are doing!

Walked in the other day to check my tyres as the warning light came on suddenly.
Was given a fantastic service.

Did the job but no real concern for happy customers asked they use the unscuffed rim when doing tyres and was totally missed.

Totally agree with other negative comments about the customer service at this place, the manager was rude, let along unprofessional.never did a business with them before and never will.
