Absolutely excellent service. These lovely guys got me out of quite the bind when part of my front bumper came off in the middle of a shopping trip. So grateful I knew exactly where to find them and that they were able to fix the problem straight away, despite being super busy. “My Car” will be getting all my business from now on. Thanks guys!

The initial phone customer service was okay but the state they left my car in when my service was complete and ready to be collected was terrible.it makes me think did they even service my car and it felt like they just discarded me like a non valued customer being a new customer or any customer at all. They lost my business as I completed my roadworthy else where.

Great service from Tyson at MyCar Burwood East. Hard working dude and very helpful. Asked for a price match for tyres as i found them cheaper at another store and there was no hesitation to match it at all. Highly recommend the team there.

Offering genuine suggestions regarding repairs needed. Inform you about all issues car have and what needs to be repair urgently. Answers all your questions even they are stupid. Very helpful in nature.

Got a flat tyre around the corner from mycar Burwood. I tried a couple of tyre repair places but they couldn’t fit me in until tomorrow. I had an eight month old puppy in the back and I live in Ballarat! The thought of driving home filled me with dread! I rang mycar and they fitted me in straight away and replaced my damaged tyre on the spot. Jake even gave my doggo a few pats! I highly recommend mycar Burwood. Top service all round. Many thanks!

As I have used mycar before to replace my tyres, i had a great previous experience so I made contact again this time to arrange a road worthy. Not only was the price great they were able book me in quickly. Assessment and then subsequent works were done in such a professional manner and explained in great detail. I won’t hesitate to use Mycar Burwood East again, highly recommended them.

Came in on a tight schedule on Christmas Eve with a punctured tyre and they went above and beyond to fix it in under an hour despite the heavy work load. Well done guys, very very professional and definitely customer centric.

Very well done. Clear details on what needed to be done and how much it would cost.i had to get my tires changed (which i new, from last time) and they explained how long my current tires would last if i didn’t get them changed and how much the tires and alignment would cost.excepted the discount that we had and were very friendly!
