Cheap Tees and home products. Store is huge but many shelves are empty. Near Chinatown. The building itself has many Asian food stalls.

me and my friends were walking around and were trying clothes on, we tried using something called a flat board for 2 seconds and they kicked us out.the reason they first came up with was that we were playing with a ball and there were multiple complaints.how were there multiple complains if all we did was try out the flat boards for literally 2 seconds.the second reason was we used skate shoes.and the third reason was the flat boards.we never used a ball or skates.never coming here again.

Great brand new flagship store, has the complete range and prices are so cheap, some items i.e electrical kettle is cheaper than you would find in a op shop. Plus very centrally located near the corners of Bourke and Swanston with both the 86 and 96 trams stopping right at the front door. Split over 3 levels, you could browse for hours.

Tried ringing this store 6 times between 6.30pm and 7pm tonight, tried different departments and guess what, not 1 person answered the phone.

Stocking system is pretty messy. Asked a staff member for help to find a product, and the product I was looking for was not at the place indicated by the pocket machine.

Went looking to buy some ice blocks for my camping trip. A very nice lady on the bottom floor near the electronic section helped me look for them. She took the extra effort to search it with me in the camping section. She then gave me info on some keyboards. Her customer service was exceptional because she didn't seem bothered getting out of her way to help me, even though she was busy with things. She had a nice smile and a very friendly and helpful demeanour. Well done.

The old Target store, redone - looks great. Has parcel lockers outside it's back entrance for click and collect

Very modern Kmart, very nice layout has an ikea feel, either i came at the wrong time or someone forgot to order stock

Awesome items in an affordable price! A ton of variety as well. However, their online delivery option sucks as I haven't got my products yet, maybe due to the Christmas season.

Is the inept manager trying to save his bosses money and not turn the air con on? No wonder the store is empty. 32 degrees and humid outside; 42 and suffocating inside. Hope their liability insurance is paid up when a pregnant woman or elderly person collapses. PS: Wesfarmers think Kmart is a BETTER store to replace Target? Target was far better in clothing and home wares. PPS: what is it with the shelves half empty? This is the second store I’ve been to like this. Can store staff not order or do they have a rubbish supply chain.

3 levels right in the CBD. Only took a star off due to lack of stock, and the escalator was out of order. A team member to point out the 2 lifts would've been handy. (Even a sign to show direction to lift would help.)
Big store. Mens/Ladies/kids on Ground floor. Checkout either end (Nth or Sth).
Good prices. Worth a visit.

I went their to buy a particular thing and couldn’t find it on the shelves. I checked if the thing was in stock and it was. I finally asked a staff member for help and God, were they so unhelpful. They didn’t bother helping me find it or lead me to where I could find it. It’s either that the whole store is disorganized or there’s a lack of staff or the staff members are extremely unhelpful.

So awkward.
Staff are always irritated by something.
The layout of this stores hurts my brain.

The opening hours for Tuesday 4th January state open till 11pm - confirmed by business 3 days ago- not happy Jan to make my way into the city from the suburbs to find the store completely dark and closed.

The newest Kmart! It's one of the biggest Kmarts I've ever visited. They don't have my favourite section: clearance section

So I ordered 4 Packs of 10 Pokemon Card pages, I have just collected the order, arrived home and what a surprise when I opened it. 4 packs of normal card pages, no the Pokemon ones, even the label of the order tells you what you have to put inside. How can a person be that incompetent, it seemed to be an easy task but maybe it requires a Master Degree or something similar.

Only 2 level kmart ive been to, really well stocked (lockdown may be a contributor) not alot of staff roaming, easy to find what you need and first time ive seen beds sold at kmart, constantly expanding the range

It was a nice experience however they are still in process of setting up the basement shelves so many items are not yet available to purchase. The staff in the shoe section was extremely helpful and pleasant.

I had a really great customer service experience tonight. Patrick was so helpful with my return and exchange and made me feel comfortable, even though it sad pretty busy. Store is well stocked and clean as well. Patrick is really funny and easy going! Really well done.
