Kmart Melbourne Cbd reviews
44I have been to this location on three separate occasions lately to buy somethings that the website says is available at this store, only to get there and find that the item is not actually available. This is incredibly frustrating. Please sort out your stock/website integration to make sure this does not keep happening!
Where is Christmas Kmart? Absolutely pathetic decorations. No effort at all, but happy to take everyone's $ buying Christmas presents! Hypocrites.
Love this place but not ideal for purchasing bigger items or a lot as you have to bring you're own cart or something as they only offer wheeling baskets around the store. I had to purchase a beach cart while shopping to carry all of my items
You find good prices on clothing, footwear and more that will get you out of trouble. It's in the CBD so it's easy to get to.
Bought two boxes of Lego today. Not very good experience. After I paid, both beep at the security door and customer service she can do nothing to solve the beep. If I go to the next door and beeped, just show them the receipt.
Checked on line that items were available. Went there especially and there was none! REALLY
They hired a thug to be their security guard, avoid this branch at all cost as the guard will abuse his authority
Located in Bourke street in China Town. Located across 2 floors with a large collection of household items to choose from. Reasonable prices. The seasonal collection is good.
This Kmark has a different layout i guess its because of its 3 or 4 levels not really sure.
Entry levels has woman and active wear, one levels down kids and house things and another levels down the electronics.
Half the shelves were empty and there wasn't much in the homewares range at all and overall the store is very bright somewhat like a 711
I've bought from here at least four or more times over the years and just recently a number of weeks ago. I like their range of socks and underwear, but their range of clothing and fashion items leave a lot to be desired!? ?
There are only self checkout registers and each time I try to pay for my items there's some sort of a problem. Also customer service is not that great! Just frustrating to even try to shop here.
Kmart are really stepping up with their products! They have so much variety and such good prices:)
Really organised store. Staff are very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Competitive prices, you will always find something, great place to shop. You can find great items on clearance at great prices.
It’s great that they now stock branded active wear such a as Everlast, NBA and AFL officially licensed tops and bottoms.
Always enjoy shopping at Kmart. Anko product is good quality product n design with affordable price.
Went there yesterday and was very disappointed lack of stock, empty shelves, clothes looks like left overs bad quality not much variety and whole store looked very sad and uninviting.
A very convenient Kmart located in cbd. Always received a great service from the staff.
I went to this Kmart a few times once in a while. However, stock wise they always have some shelves empty and unorganized (based on my every visit). I'm not too sure if it's supply chain issue or just they don't bother to stock up?
On additional note with getting returns/click n collect. If you're on your way to service desk on the basement, there's only one person and it may took a bit of your time to wait on the line if it gets busy (which it usually is on peak times).
I expected speedy pick up as I previously placed click n collect order. I mean that's the whole point of click n collect. But it took me 10 minutes on the line to wait. Perhaps, management might want to consider to put at least 2 people on service desk? Surely it'd be a better experience.
Edit: it's getting worse. Messy, no stock, wrong tags. Was trying to find something that's in stock on their website. Turns out it's not. And there's not even a single staff on level 2 that could help customers. Going to kmart CBD is pointless and a joke now.
One of the useless Kmart ever, whenever you go there shelves are always empty and they never restock. I was very happy when it came in CBD but now i don't even go there nothing to shop at all in this kmart empty as always
As far as Kmarts go, this one is of a large size, however if there is one drawback it's that, due to its central location, it's constantly running out of stock on various items. That said, restocking does tend to happen regularly so checking-in every few days, if there's something specific you want, is the way to go.
As always, Kmart has a solid range of goods, most of which is of reasonable quality, and all of which is priced very well.
At the time of this review, masks and double-faced check-in is required for entry.
