53Do NOT buy anything electronic that you might possibly need to return from K-mart. If you try to return at a different K-mart they will tell you to go back to the original store for any type of assistance if you do not have the receipt. I get that it's my fault for losing the receipt but to get zero assistance and have the manager refuse to help (supposedly the original store can look up the invoice but this store can't) is absurd. This is not an independent store, they're all connected. So ridiculous they can't look it up from here. Spent over 10 min on hold trying to get the original store to pick up the phone. Absolutely the worst service.
Customer service is so bad it is like they dont even want to work.
Store is always messy, the customers there are shocking.
When you ask a worker for help

The management clearly doesnt call enough workers in.
Been in the store 3 times, first time it was so messy you couln't even walk down any aisles, needless to say I walked out without purchasing anything. Second time, I grabbed everything I needed, went to pay and they have no bags, so I dropped everything and walked out. Went again today and still no bags, I left everything and went to Big W purchased a bag from them and went back to collect everything. I will not shop in this store again.
Only problem is the chechouts in centre of store then you are held up by security on departure to check your goods and receipt
You guys are pathetic. Why is there a 45 min wait on click on collect. Either employ more staff or just shut down. Never again. Who answers your calls? Called nearly 10 times in a 20 mins period and no one bothers to answer.
Absolutely disgraced, what’s the point of a click and collect when you can’t collect it?
Did the right thing and order before midday and even came in the day after! Staff were rude.
Plenty valley could do it within a day.
Won’t be coming back
Kmart Craigieburn have no problem getting a Karen at the door to check everyones Vacation status but they cant get bin lids in stock after 3 weeks. Great priorities.

Absolutely rubbish. Don't do Click n collect from this store. Eventhough they say order will b ready before 4 it wont be. And if you ring them no one will answer. Never ever gonna do click and collect from here
Don’t click & collect from this store. Did one 6 days ago and still no confirmation it’s ready and when I called the online hotline they can give no indication when it will be ready. I had another service operator tell me there is delays with their couriers. It’s a click & collect! You can’t blame delivery! I understand a few days but this is ridiculous. Cancelled my order and spent my money elsewhere. Not that Kmart will care but definitely won’t waste my time or money there. If you are overwhelmed with orders, when you’re not open to the public maybe you should think about hiring the many people that are out of work at the moment! And REMOVE “click & collect ready in 24 hours” from your website!
It’s taking too long for click & collect
It’s already 4days. If they can’t provide the items as mentioned in their website they have to correct it. Not Good Management.
Still waiting for my click and collect from them. Was told it would be 24 hrs, 3 days later still waiting. Tried calling them, no one picks up. Frustrating
Its been over 8 days since i placed my click and collect order and still no updates. Did not answer email or phone calls.horrible customer service.
