Kmart Craigieburn

They ruined a phot cup order I paid for and I had to redo it. They never answer their phones, it’s almost like they leave the phone line open so they never receive a call, and it doesn’t matter what section you call, there is never a point. It’s the worst Kmart I’ve even been to! I’ve waited 3 weeks for this and it’s still not fixed

I'm giving 5 stars to Jenny at the door. Such a wonderful greeting with a smile every time. Just a reminder that there are still many great people out there. People complain about the store being a mess, but if customers weren't such pigs, the store wouldn't be so messy. Also, if you lose your receipt, just like every other store, you will get a store credit not a refund. Some people need to hop off that high horse.

The store is dirty and unorganised and its because of how customers treat the store.i found milk inside a jewellery holder and i nearly touched it.if you decide to shop somewhere don’t disrespect the hard work that these staff members do on a daily basis… and stop making the place disgusting and messy because your lazy to clean up after yourself.

I went the other day here to walk around and waste some time but i was very disturbed, there was an old lady i think she was the manager because she was yelling left and right at all the employees. First of all, she should not be yelling at them that is not proffesional, second of all, dont yell at them in front of customers it is so disturbing! I feel so bad for anyone that work there, you guys deserve to be treated better!

5 star based solely on the customer service received by Yousef (not sure if he was a supervisor or not). Went in but couldn't find certain box of xmas decorations. Spoke to yousef and he was nice enough to jump online and get the item number for the product, typed into his hand held store device thingie to make sure they actually have it in store then proceeded to go to the back storeroom and came back with the 100 piece decoration box. In this day and age it's extremely hard to find good customer service. I appreciated all his help and thank you for going the extra mile.

Always shows that they have stock online but when you get there they don’t, messy, unorganised store which is a shame considering the workers are lovely.

Poor service and received attitude from staff in self check out when asked for help. Sure you're closing in 30 minutes but if you're on the clock, you're on the clock. Treat your customers with some respect even if you don't want to be there. Seems like an ongoing issue, do better Kmart Craigieburn.

They don’t hv staff, they don’t won’t to hire the staff. Their machines doesn’t work for the payments. Worst store

Very poor service in answering the phone calls I was looking for a item on line and I found the item so I thought I can call the store and ask the staff member to put the item on hold but they don’t answer the phone call what’s the used to have a phone line when they can’t help their customers very poor service even you go inside the store still the staff member can’t help

Don't trust them. Why would you say something is available on the website but it is not available actually in the store. Kmart is not reliable.

Staff after hours had no understanding of kmart price match policy. Even when i showed him the policy on website he could not understand it. He did not price match me and asked me to come next day to talk to the manager. He was rude and had no customer service skills. He should not be on the job or get some more training.

I would like to add that the manager Joel listened to my complaint later and rectified and even apologised for the other staff behaviour. I appreciate his gesture and 5 stars for him as a manager and as an individual person on how well and respectfully he spoke to me in complete contrast to other staff member.

It's good and the workers work hard. It was a broken cleaning machine and I returned it. He gave me back the money. Thank you

Also thanks to the staff who assisted us with referring our price match request to find Joel and also load and transport our purchases.the staff at this store are always friendly.helpful and by god do they put up with such difficult days from a very testing community …
This would have to be the most shopper trashed store I’ve seen on a regular basis … I applaud their resolve to even turn up each day for their shifts

Went to enquire about my click and collect order and was served by Kathy, very unhappy with the experience. For someone working in customer service there was a lack of respect in the interaction and for the first time ever, I left the store frustrated and angry. As someone who also workes in the centre, it made me disappointed to see someone so rude and I feel bad for anyone else who has to deal with her, judging by previous reviews I see it's an ongoing issue. Kmart Craigieburn, do better and train your team to have some manners.

“Kathy” in customer service has to be one of the rudest ladies I’ve come across in Kmart, very unhelpful and condescending. Very bad experience in Kmart craigieburn customer service.

Rude staff member named Kathy, has a bad attitude. Always appears angry and talks down to people. I left the store feeling uneasy and couldn’t believe Kmart would employ such a horrible and rude person to work at Kmart. She was following me around the aisles to ensure I don’t make a mess, basically policing me it was so violating snd disturbing. Kathy needs to go I can see In the below reviews other people have complained about Kathy and her utter poor customer service.

I am a frequent visitor and I have always had a nice experience here. It is well stocked, staff is kind, it is big and clean.

Small compared to other Kmarts.
80% of the items are missing, not in stock.
I would suggest to visit Campbellfield store.

Was spoken to horribly when picking up an order for click and collect. The woman named Kathy serving me was rude and condescending when I was nothing but nice to her, it’s actually sad to see how badly some people are willing to treat general members of the public especially as someone working in customer service, if I could rate this 0 stars I would.

The worst Kmart ever. No customer service very rude staff you can’t expect any help from at all.
