It's a joke. You should see the small area they have allotted for boys wear, it's pathetic. What happened to Target, a much, much better store. More selection, better quality. It just doesn't make sense. Why rip up the Botanical gardens to put in a Tip?

Imagine not letting a pregnant woman use a basket, not helping her find a cart and refusing to help her carry a heavy item. Pretty garbage service. If this is the attitude that passes in the store, let's hope it closes soon.

Smaller store that always seems to be sold out of whatever I need to buy!
It's great having a Kmart in Craigieburn though, instead of needing to travel to Campbellfield.
Make sure you factor in time for the check out, there's always a large line!

Worst manager I ever met shreaq so called bulling lady in the store. Don't know how to talk to children. Thinking kamrt is her own place. Rasist. Don't know how she became the manger. She really need to learn moral respect for others.
. This lady works on the weekends as a so called manger in the Kmart Craigieburn.

The store manager refused to give me Men pants which was marked and reduced $9 from $25. His name is Nabil and this is not the best practice. It was supposed to be honoured on $9 reduced price.

Great stock, always messy and hard to find any size. DO NOT LIKE WHERE THE REGISTERS ARE LOCATED. This layout is horrible across all stores! If you don't want theft, I suggest people pay for their stuff at the front of the store before they exit. Not in the middle and then have to walk through half the store to get out. Also this store NEVER has plastic bags!

Absolutely ridiculous. Asked about some books and was told they were still in the back of the store and boxed up. That was a lie. Ended up walking all the way to the book section and found them on the shelf. Our time was completely wasted for nothing all because they couldn’t get off their butts and go look for the books for us themselves. They expect us to do it. Stupid parents have their kids running around with no supervision and the staff don’t even know what they’re doing half the time. Appalling!

I actually want to put minus 100 stars for their customer service. I went this morning to get a refund for a sleeping bag that I bought in store. The young man at the service desk said I couldn't get my refund because the yellow safety label was damaged so for him it means that I opened it, used it, washed it and put it back. I asked to talk to the manager but he refused by pretending talking to someone in the back room. If someone with respect and some cells brain would have nicely explained and gave me a reasonable reason as to why I can't get a refund, I wouldn't be so mad but this mere kmart employee took it upon himself to refuse to give me a refund base on the fact that he believes that I was trying to rip Kmart off because the yellow safety label was torn. I tried to explain to this employee that I bought it like that then I proceed to ask him to show me what a sleeping bag with a proper safety label looks like then. Of course he refused by saying there's no more of the same bag I bought. It wasn't hard to just go to the aisle and realise that NOT ALL the sleeping bags have that yellow safety label on it. I understand it's my fault for not checking properly the sleeping bag but there is a yellow safety label on the sleeping bag I thought, therefore, I believe it wasn't opened because who would want to buy damaged and/or used products. Your employee didn't want to listen to me and investigate a little bit and decided that I'm was simply lying. But it is your store's fault if not checking that all your sleeping bag come with that yellow safety label and your fault for not training your employees properly and allow this employee to be so rude.
That's is appalling. I don't know what you want to do about it but if I don't hear an apology soon, I will take the matter further. It's not about the money, it's about how I was treated in your store.

Store is filthy rubbish everywhere. Never can find a trolley and bags they don't have any. Horrible. And staff on registers non exsistant. Very bad customer service.

Good stock. Well packed. Can hardly find someone to assist be it in store whilst shipping it at the self service checkout till. Self service tills work decently compared to other shops. Recommended

Such a rich company yet can’t stock up on plastic bags so now I’m walking around the shopping centre holding socks in my hands

GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE DAM PHONE! Always see people walking around having a good old chat with each other but no one can answer the phone! Have been calling all day and no answer

Excellent customer service at self service, staff member Franka, is so helpful, I am always so grateful for her help when I have i have a lot of items.

This Kmart like every other these days, is a complete dumpster ground for the locals. The staff do their best but the customers have absolutely no respect for their own environment. Animals.
As for Kmart itself. 5stars!

Sadly (many) Kmart stores are loosing their appeal.
Far too often there is mess everywhere with items all over the floors and shelves poorly stocked and very messy. Sadly in too many departments.
Also can someone (door greater) please police the No mask, No entry rule, it is State Law.
Either have a security guard or (some form of) manager at the entrance

I was able to connect with a staff member or store manager quite promptly over the phone this morning. The knowledge of staff in the clothing department seems inadequate & the fitting rooms could do with a general clean up. I am not sure how I feel about the rest of the store.

Says it’s open till 10pm, rocked up at 8pm and it’s closed…. Misleading waste of time disappointing
