Kmart Chadstone

Kmart is selling a lot of good household stuffs at very reasonable/cheap price. They also have the Naplan books at $12 each, which is cheaper than Costco.

It's a great place for shopping and I enjoy visiting this shop as they have something new every time I visit them. However, this time I was a bit disappointed that the store people could not help me find what I was looking for. When I checked with the stores I was informed that they do have it in stock but I wasn't offered help to find it.

Great prices. If your looking for thrifty and items that simply serve a purpose I recommend having a look here.

Clothing, bags, accessories, toys, movies and more can be bought here! There are many things to bye here at temptingly cheap prices but quality isn't much to rave about and store is sometimes a bit messy. Three stuff you buy here is more the kind of things you need in a hurry so the ranges of the different products are reasonably small.

The best place to affordable shopping! This is heaven for those who have kids. They have many choices of apparels, books, toys, and everything in reasonable prices. My favorite section is the party area, they sell all the chocolates and candies cheaper than Coles and Woolworths! Perfect for your party planning ideas!

Funny sizing for the straw hats, they are all the one size, size ONE. How does that work for different sized heads?

Terrible. There is not enough staff. Especially for this time of year. Also the staff that is there are not trained adequately. There was only one casual girl in the layby / photo area and she was flat chat. The young man that came to help in the photo area had limited knowledge of how to use the equipment. At least he was honest and admitted his lack of training and didn't waste anymore of my time. Service in these large department stores is pathetic. Little wonder people prefer to shop online these days. I certainly won't be returning to Kmart any time soon.

Brilliant service, brilliant store, and brilliant staff. I must say, I was extremely impressed with the service that was presented to be upon entry into Kmart Chadstone. I was greeted by a kind, young boy, I think his name was Michael. He was very delicate and respectful to me, and made me feel comfortable in an environment I'm not used to. He was swift in acquiring my requested adult diapers, and Viagra pills. I would like him to marry my daughter, he's the ideal champion bloke lad.

It was a good experience visiting kmart chatswood after a while. Good stock levels and friendly staff.

The usual range of Chinese made garbage goods with a distinct lack of staff to help as per usual in Australian department stores. Less staff=more profit, after all. The poor staff were clearly overworked and were a bit short-mannered as a result. The queue at the electronics counter was about 10 people long. I sincerely hope that they double the staff numbers for Christmas time otherwise people will be glad of service elsewhere.

I love kmart personally so affordable prices and variety of things but staff are not friendly a bit rude.

Massive commercial center in East Melbourne when you can find all that you need. Shopping and food meet here.

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent prices, variery of stock and value for money. Avoid lunchtimes especially on weekends for less crowds and hustle. Been shopping here for donkeys. Always something new on offer

It's the best store in Melbourne. You can anything and everything under the sun in this store. Everything is super cheap and there's always some kinda sale going on.

Good value for money as most of the goods are really cheap. But the quality of the goods should be considered when choosing to buy at kmart

Clearly state that you will price match policy any item on sale from any store you will price match)
The manager on Wednesday night (25.09.18) would not price match my item. He was rude and just talked over the top of me.
Kmart either change your policy or even better train your management on your policy and do your job correctly. (For a saving of $15 you think you would not be so rude to the customer)

Ambience was awful, but they're stuff is cheap for their quality. But then again you don't go to Kmart for quality.
