Kmart Chadstone

Great range, sharp pricing. Don't understand concept of having checkouts in the middle of store then being searched at entry of store before leaving?

This store is great! The number of times I just come here and walk around browsing is insane. They have a huge selection of everything, but their homeware is what I find myself coming back to over and over. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Really can't fault the place.

Great selection of various goods that my partner and I needed for moving in to our new place. Staff were friendly and willing to assist when we couldn't find something we were looking for.

I walked into the shop and the girl standing at the front didn't even say hello. She just turned her head and ignored me. That's rude and terrible customer service. That does not make the customer feel welcome and if they are not going to greet customers then why are they standing there in the first place. They should greet every customer not just the ones they like.

I don't understand how people like that have a job. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Obviously what they have is at the cheaper end and when it works it's good value. That's just the problem though - I've had five or six defective deliveries (mostly broken glasses or plates) and I'm only an occasional customer. Today, I had a bedside table delivered that had sticky, greasy residue on it and what seemed like dessicated coconut as well. A bit random but still gross. It also clearly wasn't new, with obvious marks around area where bolts and screws are supposed to go. I have a new rule now - unless I can inspect the item for myself in store and carry it home, I won't be buying it from Kmart anymore. Second hand is actually more reliable.

Been kept waiting with a long queue of people behind me for 15 mins and counting. This level of asshattery is unbelievable

Great choice of product but the worst self service checkout machines, SO sensitive. Having to call a member of staff every 1 sec as the bagging area is so sensitive! The worst part of the shopping experience.

I can usually find what I need here. Very well laid out. Products are very comparable with upmarket brands, but way cheaper

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired when young people are employed & left unsupervised, they are too busy talking amongst themselves to provide any customer service.

I love Kmart.however the one in chadstone always seems like its about to close down as the home section is always quite empty and even clothes. *sigh*

But the location of this store is trouble it’s very hard access lots of stairs and going around (most time the electric stairs are close for maintenance) if you do big shop I would recommend going to a different shop

Please get rid of the ridiculous payment area in the middle of your stores.
Just causes a bottleneck and makes it difficult for people to navigate around.

Great prices, very messy and can't find things like sizing, can't find anyone to help you but the line to pay is mostly fast

The plot made no sense and there was NO character development at all. The story ark was complex and confusing would not recomend you see this movie.

Love kmart, however hire staff with a clue. Never any baskets and staff seem confused and not one person knows where the baskets should be.

Great range of clothes snd othet items. Bargins and deals also. Just need mens XS sizes for boys who are mot quite yet a mens size but too big for boys.

There is a woman at the till with grey hair being racist and looks arrogant. Understand she may see many annoying people everyday but she should consider to quit the job. The other staffs in the store are very helpful and polite though.

Kmart is a well known department stores in Australia. There are several stores all around the country and almost all major shopping centres have one. The price of all products are very reasonable and ok quality. There is a 24hour Kmart in Burwood, Victoria which is very convenient to its customers. Parking at Chadstone is not the easiest task. On a regular day, there is plenty of parking and easy as there are so many chops that you could visit at the same time as Kmart.
