Love the food. Staff are very friendly and make sure customers are well looked after. Over time dishes have gotten a tad smaller but the taste is still great!

Delicious place to go for dinner or lunch. Absolutely no complaints with our meals so thank you to the chefs and wait staff.

Absolutely love the atmosphere of Kinn! Super lovely staff, even when really busy and stressed, always have the time to flash you a smile and take your order respectively.

A+ grade cocktails also

Pretty horrible customer service. We came to this restaurant for dinner at 8pm. We ordered our meal and drinks. We were waiting for our meal when the waiter came and told us the kitchen was going to closed and if we wanted to order our last drinks or meal at 9pm. Our dinner was service at 9.05pm, we saw the serve (as it was our first time here) we asked if we could order just another serve of roti, the waiter replied “I asked you for your last order as kitchen is closed” I requested that she take our order as we didn’t know of the serving size as she only told us 5 mins ago to place our last order. She said she will ask and come back. She came back and said yes however you have to pay now. We had literally just started eating our meal and she expected we go to the counter to pay for our meal. I asked her why? She said you have to pay now when we had started eating our meal. I then asked her if she would ask other tables to make a payment now she said yes however she never went to any other table asking for a payment. Horrible experience and service made us feel like we were going to run away without paying.

Service is terrible, food great. Took an 1 and 1/2 to get meals. Dont be in a hurry and no they were not understaffed

Great food, restaurant tend to be busy at most times so better make a reservation if you are in a group.

Valentine's Day dinner tragedy.

We ordered our food. My wife's meal arrived and I asked her to start eating because her food was getting cold. Mine didn't arrive until after my wife finished eating hers - at least 15-20 minutes later. When mine arrived, they made a mistake with the order and gave me chicken curry. I had asked for vegetarian - no meat.

I told them not to worry about making another meal for me, because our meal had already been spoiled. Also, it would have taken another 15-20 minutes for the food to arrive, which was far too long to wait.
I don't think we should have been charged for my wife's meal. They made a bad mistake by getting the order wrong and even worse by serving one person without serving the other at the same time. We would like a refund.
I asked the waitress if I could speak to the manager, who told me that the manager was not in and that I would not be able to speak to the manager until "next year" since the manager was going overseas. I told the waitress that this couldn't be fair dinkum because there had to be a senior person who runs the restaurant. The waitress later told me (when we paid and left) that I should write to Megan, the manager and that Megan would apparently be in later in the week. This shows that the waitress lied to us when she first told me that there would be no manager until next year. Staff should not lie to customers.

We went home and I had dinner at home. Our 2022 Valentine's Day dinner was spoiled by your restaurant.

They never had the courtesy to reply to our email.

Food is pretty good! We ordered the chilli soft shell crab, panang curry and pad see iw. Tasted great! Would have expected more portion from the price we paid (based on our experience with other restaurants), but the 3 dishes filled us up well. All 3 dishes tasted good.

Worst customer service ever every time I come. Staff are so lazy, rude and extremely unhelpful. The food is actually really nice but service is terrible. I don’t think they know what customer service means.

Went for drinks, staff continuously telling us they were closing at 10.30, it was only 9.30 when we sat down. And every time we ordered they were rushing us to finish.

Lovely meal.
Shared an entree salt and pepper squid (nice but not the best I've had hence not 5star) and a chicken dish - main with extra salad on the side. Ate it all but wasn't disappointed. (But did have ice cream after)

Delicious food with ample serving. Hot pot Tom yum and duck curry a must try. Nice cocktails- Virgin Pina Colada and Sweet Valentine

Been here a couple times with my family and it's always the poor girl in the kitchen having to waitress and serve food by herself while the other staff walk around.very upsetting, they are not even under staff. Food was very good though but a slow service

Ordered their food online. Their "Wagyu beef" has nothing to do with real Wagyu beef. It was an ordinary cheap beef. Their "Pad Thai" was a lunchbox of instant noodles. However, their prices are very high compared to their competition with much more like Thai food. Rip off. Really bad.

Placed an order through doordash with a request to use chicken breast in the penang curry instead of chicken thigh (which they normally use in the curry).

I get a call from a rude staff member saying that we can't fulfill this request and upon asking the reason was told that they can't as they are too busy (this was at 5.30pm). We have been going to Kinn Thai at fountain gate and they have always fulfilled this request with a smile.

The service at Knox was shocking! Really rude staff and was told in the end that we will do it this time but cannot do it next time. The curry that arrived was very watery and was tasteless (not sure if it was done deliberately)

The staff at knox definitely need more training on customer service. Will never be

The food itself, and the variety offered is exceptional. The service and experience were terrible. We had a table booked in advance for 8pm but were left unattended for far too long before our order was taken (considering we were told on arrival we would need to be done by 9.45pm). Entrees arrived quickly, but then another sizeable amount of time passed and no one had even gotten the simplest of drinks delivered. When the mains started coming out, there was a dish brought out that hadn't been ordered, and the dish that WAS ordered never arrived. Finally when the bill came, both dishes were included, plus we were billed for 2x rice servings when only one was provided (we were told that the bowl had two servings worth.but this seemed an odd explanation, as if we'd ordered two servings for two people, one would think they would be in two dishes?) Honestly a truly poor overall experience. If you're interested in trying Kinn Thai, go to the Fountain Gate location and steer clear of this one.

STAY AWAY! I'll mannered and rude staff with no etiquette when talked to over the phone. Owner, concentrate on the taste rather then being rude to your customers over the phone. Food was watery and tasteless

Food was okay. Plenty of other Thai places of similar flavour ilk. But one of our dishes was forgotten and by the time our dish came, we had realised that heaps of tables had received the same dish despite arriving later.

We had ordered the Tom Yum and Crispy Barra. At first our Soup arrived as per normal but our fish arrives 40 minutes later. 30 minutes into waiting wait staff asked us if there was anything we were waiting on. Confirming they had just plain forgotten our order.

In the end I left some feedback for them. I may have been speaking to the wrong person but a 10% discount (edited: which wasn't actually applied checking my bank transactions) and an unapologetic sorry was their fix for a waste of my time and money.

Food was Amazing! But I guess when we reached, it was almost their closing time, The serving staff were hurrying us to place the orders and were not accommodating. Once you have guests seated you should serve them with the best of everything, or they shouldn't have allowed us in as it was their closing time.

What a shambles. Booked a table but still had to wait in a queue then 20mins later were seated then left for another 15mins with nothing. Bad service. Food came in dribs and drabs. So unorganized. Also very very loud. Too many people too closer together.
Never going back.
