They seemed to be bit understaffed.

Both the chicken and duck were undercooked they were chewy.

Duck curry from “Dodee Paidang” is awesome one of the best I have tried, your chef should go and try once it’s in the city.

Curry puff was a waste it tested like the fillings were from the frozen packet.
Few positive things:
Curry was good and the Yakut drink was also good along with ambience.

It was compete waste of time and money.

Food is great very flavourful and well balanced with the sweet, sour and chilli/hottness.
Something as simple as a fried rice was super flavourful.
Little disappointed on the waitress not being very attentive but only a minor part that didn't affect the main reason of coming to the restaurant which was the food

Now, if you're a Thai food critic, or very much into traditional Thai food, maybe you can pass this place. If you just want a simple, less traditional Thai food, this is a place you could try. Less spicy, more of fusion taste. Food is good but not mind blowing wow. Place is narrow, very busy at night. So may not be suitable if you have little fella with you. You're still able to get the attention of the waitress even tho they are busy. The pork ribs were slow to come, the rest is okay.

Massaman Lamb Shank was mind-blowingly delicious, rich, and perfectly balanced. The tender meat melted in my mouth, complemented by the fragrant and flavorful Massaman curry and paired with scrumptious roti. The service was excellent, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth experience despite being very busy. The menu had a wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. Overall, Kinn Thai is a must-visit for Thai cuisine enthusiasts, providing an unforgettable dining experience that is more out of the box than traditional Thai food.

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our experience at this restaurant. We ordered Orange Duck which was dry, overcooked and bland. The chicken thigh was also overcooked, dry and our final dish was the soft shell crab with papaya salad. The crab was very nice, but the salad was not. The restaurant was very busy, noisy and our plates were basically thrown onto table. Won't be coming back to this restaurant, Customer service was also very poor.

Tasty. Only had the vegetarian options but they were fresh, spicy and tasty. My son had the kids meal and loved it.

Second visit has chicken green curry, pork ribs, and more. It was all delicious

This place used to be ok, prior to covid. Now serving possibly the worst version of Pad Thai i have ever had. It’s bright orange, with some chicken and tofu and small bits of red onion. Not in the slightest version of a PadThai you would get from any quality Thai restaurant. If you are after anything remotely authentic, this is not the place. So disappointed.

A place I recommend for Thai lovers as it comes fast and infused with flavours affordable with average portion will come back

This is one of my favourite resturant, they have the best prawn salad with coconut dressing. Unfortunately they make the worst Wagyu Beef we tried several time they never cook it right and I believe the meat cut they use is not right. Don’t look at the provided photo it’s nothing look like or test like it. They need to remove it from the menu if they can’t cook it right. But the rest of the menus is beautiful

The food was amazing, I went there with three friends and we got a set menu, between the four of us we were nowhere close to finishing all the food. I will definitely be going back.

Bit annoyed. Ordered a large amount or food (enough to feed 8 people) and waited for my food. A large take away order came out and they handed it to another person waiting for take away without saying anything. Thankfully, after a few steps, the guy realised it wasn't his order and returned it. But I think its a bit foolish to just hand take away out without confirming who its for.

Other than that, food was okay. A bit too sweet and not spicy at all (so not really authentic Thai), but reasonable for the price

Booked for 6: 30pm dinner, arrived on time but they only sat us down at 6: 50pm and was told our session was only upto 8pm, which was still do-able, ordered right away, drinks and entrees came out at reasonable time around 7: 15-7: 20ish, but our main courses weren't out until close to 8pm after chasing up 3 of the waitresses as the table next to us only arrived at 7: 30pm but they got their main courses before us. Table next to us thought we were waiting for dessert after they heard us chasing for our orders! Food portion is rather small, the Fountain Gate store is better. The only win for the night is that we didn't get kicked out at 8pm due to their delay.

This place serves amazing Thai cuisine. We normally take away or eat in. The quality, portion size, price, everything is perfect. I think when you order take away, the portion size is bigger.my husband and I normally order beef mazemen and chicken green curry with rice and some different entrees and it cover us for a lunch and dinner when taking away. At weekends, the service could be better as some time the wait time is long. All in all perfect and we always go back.

Love this place. My fav Thai restaurant. Quality of food is so consistent every time I go. Would rate it higher than 5 out of 5.

By far my favourite Thai restaurant. Service is very quick. The flavours were excellent in the rice dishes I got. All other dish taste great!

The food here is great, service is a bit slow even if they are quiet. If it was rated just on food I would give 4.5 stars, but most of the staff are very unorganized, uninterested in paying attention and don't appear very happy doing their job. Who ever is in charge needs to org hospitality training, and then this place could go from good to great.

They are good on taking order! Absolute rubbish customer service, they will never look back to you second time!

Food was good, however customer service was poor. Made a phone order which included fried chicken, which was put through as “basil chicken”. Got there and realised, asked to change to fried chicken and was told they don’t have fried chicken. Asked if I could have item removed as it would not have been eaten and was told it was my fault and I had to pay for it. Bit disappointing

Thank you Kinn staff! It was an amazing experience everyone was really busy but still very accommodating! The food was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Been here 3 times (2pp) and for all those times we were only allowed to seat at small table to for 2 even when there were heaps empty tables around. The services was poor with zero greetings/smiles. Would not recommend as there are way better opts around! Plus the they took forever to cook.
