I recently had to organise a funeral for the first time. Kingston Funerals were caring, utterly professional and competitively priced. I couldn't have been happier with the send off we gave my Mum. Friends later said it was the loveliest funeral they'd ever attended.

Recently they arranged my father's pre paid funeral and cremation, but did not deliver any recording of the service. When we kept ringing to get the recording they did not return our phone calls. We are very disappointed.
