Khan Curry Hut Indian Restaurant

It has been several years since we have been here and we are so disappointed in ourselves for taking so long to come back.
The service was spot on, the took a real effort to help us and were very friendly, the followed the current covid protocols and made sure we were seated exactly far enough from the next table.
The food was spectacular, my wife loves her butter chicken, despite my efforts every time we go out to any indian restaurant in Victoria, she will only ever order butter chicken. Well, according to her, this place has the best butter chicken she has ever had. I of course tried it and yes it was very good, although, obviously I can't compare it to other places.
My dishes were all lovely as well.
It's been over a week since we went there and I'm only getting around to posting this now.
But as I type this and look at these photos of the meal we had that night, I can tell you I now feel like going back there today.

Top notch food in geelong. Khan curry beats every restaurant in taste and price. Last thing best customer service. Highly recommended place.

My family loves going here as we love ordering dishes we can share. This last visit it seemed like the dishes were a little on the smaller side, but still tasty. Plus, the cucumber salad I ordered instead of having rice should have been called onion salad. The onion chunks were to big and so difficult to eat they made my eyes water. I don't like to leave uneaten food behind but the onion was too much. We will be back but hope it's different next time.

We started from entreè -all food was warmed from frozen. By far the worst food I have ever had in Australia. Staff was very friendly but food discouraged us we did not order mains.
NOT HAPPY.

No authenticity, when we ask for extra fork n knife they didn't provide. We went for dinner not good food. Not good place to have food.
I will not recommend.

Khan curry hut indian restaurant is quite unethical in taste, misleading in taking order more, give food in unproper way like just throw it out to customer. I just recommended them to go another indian restuarant to check the taste and their services towards their customers. This is my avarage experienced among all other indian restaurant in victoria.

Customer service is very bad. And food is awful. Nothing is in Indian style. I won't be coming here anymore and I won't suggest anyone.

Definitely worth a try. Great food great ambience.
Well priced. Had ordered some takeaway yesterday and the portions were good too.

Covid19 meant we had the upstairs area to ourselves delicious food served with a smile. Butter chicken and chicken pakora our faves

The pricing is affordable. The staff were friendly enough. The chicken korma was DELICIOUS and so was the garlic naan, however the butter chicken was absolutely disgusting.tasted more like a dessert than anything.super sweet and all round yuck. Needs improvement.

Curries and all are good. But tandoori items are worst. Worst in the world. Naan and Roties are burn on one side and uncooked on other side. Ordered many times but always same issue. I want to see you selling nice tandoori item & want to order again, please improve.

Food is just rubbish. Don't waste ur time and money. The guy who manages kitchen won't agree if you complain about food. He just make excuses and try to make you feel that you don't know how it should be. Staff is rude and non professional. Save ur time and money.

The best Malai Kofta by far in any Indian restaurant! The prices are very reasonable. Have been a customer for years.

Our experiences with takeaway food, other than fish and chips and pizza, are not good, but I take my hat off to Khan Curry Hut. Their Indian transports brilliantly, and we could not sense any variation from what we got in house. Khan was friendly, even under the close-down stress.

Ordered tandoori fish which was undercooked. I had to cook it again to be edible. The taste was average. Portion given was decent.
Unfortunately won’t be ordering again from them.

How is the place having 4 stars? Extremely small serving of Biriyani. Plus I doubt how this is called biriyani in the first place. They should seriously re-consider their biryani. No flavor basically.

Great Halal food. Especially the Chicken Pakora. It's great having this quality of food so far from home. And they have Naan as well of different varieties. On takeout they give 10% discount as well. Take-out from here, the food is really amazing and delicious.

Yummy food. Always yummy. Good yummy range. Yummy when you reheat and yummy when you eat it fresh. Oh and the Yummy thoughts that it leaves makes me want to eat more of the yummy food here.
