Food was really good, Authentic Indian restaurant with authentic flavours, service was fantastic as well.
Looking forward to visit again.

Absolutely delicious food - we ordered the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala & sizzling platter which came out hot and fresh! The naan and Samosa were exceptional as was the service, particularly from Zee who was very attentive to our needs, personable & very kind. 10/10

Outstanding indian food and great experience. I have tried almost everything on the menu and each dish amazes equally.

The flavours were good. The sizzling plate with the different meats were good. The naan was also tasty.

Updated review after 4 years and still:
Yummy food. Always yummy. Good yummy range. Yummy when you reheat and yummy when you eat it fresh. Oh and the Yummy thoughts that it leaves makes me want to eat more of the yummy food here.

Great service and food! Didn't realise it was under new ownership but have been coming here for years. The food was amazing as per usual and butter chicken still as good if not better than its always been. Appreciate the time and effort taken to accommodate a large order for an early take away pick up.

Best biryani in town, great place to have dinner with friends! The biryani is a try must! Satisfied to the highest

We had dinner for 7 people at kan curry hut. Food was yummy. Few improvements to do
Was given a hot water in a aluminum mixture cup with no handles, very risky food handling service noted
The girl who served didn’t make her way to give and place food for us around the table, just leaving food plates on a spot.we had to pass and distribute the food. I would have understood if it was a busy day or had people around our table and couldn’t get through but it was only us in that area.
Requested the heater to be switched on but didn’t make a notice.
Also serving girl was not given time at least until we get up she was literally asking for plates to clean.
Not happy with service given tonight.

Khan Curry Hut is so expensive!
The food isn't even that nice for how much it costs.
All food has doubled in price since new owner.
Would not recommend.

Food was amazing. Ordered plenty. Butter chicken, masala, vindaloo, Norma, naans, meat and rice. All delicious and the nicest indian in Geelong by far. Delivery was a little slow, but they were also flat out so can't hold that against them. I could have gone and picked it up.

First ever restaurant I came across, that ask you to spend more than what you wish to eat if you want to dine in or go away (yes we were told that). We had to eventually eat as all other restaurants were fully booked as it was 31st Dec evening. I kept insisting to talk to the manager, but I was told that he is busy back in the kitchen and will be back soon but never turned up. Wonderful customer service guys.
Food - Expensive with below average taste (everything tasted the same) and quantity, Tandoori naan were either under or overcooked.

Food is above average. We ordered 2veg & 1 chicken starter and they all had the same marination and tasted the same.

Their Biryanis are more liked a fried rice but they tasted good (I asked for a hot one)

Nan bread was also cooked well. I am not a fan of curries so won’t comment on that but it wasn’t bad.

They were open on Christmas Eve and serving hot food on table deserve a round of applause. All in all good experience

Best butter chicken & coconut rice we’ve ever eaten! The Lamb Rogan Josh was also very nice.

Very sweet compared to typical Indian but it worked well!

Went with my partner last weekend and we decided that it was the best Indian we’ve ever had. Nothing could top it.

Went to Curry at Corio tonight to compare and it was disgusting. Khan Curry Hut will be our regular from now on!

Good dinner and wholesome food
We ordered the Indian butter chicken which is wayyyy better than the Aussie version. And vego dal curry which was delicious. It is also opened later than some other local restaurants which is a plus.

I think for a small container charging $24.99 for a butter chicken is actually way to high for what you receive especially when you only get 6 or 7 pecices of chicken then the rest is sauce also if I wanted half a bag of sugar in my butter chicken I would have asked it is so sickly it doesn't need to be that sweet it's too much sorry but im honest and if take this in a negative way so be it but I'd rather give you my honest opinion.the only thing i really enjoyed was the garlic nann but pretty dogy with the garlic.thanks I won't be returning anytime soon.

I ordered the family pack for dinner on a Sunday evening as a home delivery, there was something missing from my order, some rice. I phoned to inform and as we live some distance away it was easier to get a refund, and this was sorted with no dramas. Although missing something, the food, as always was amazing, fresh and super tasty. Will order again for sure.
The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because I had to cook some microwave rice.

Just average based on our recent delivery order. Naan breads were good, and the papdi chaat decent too. But the Chicken Achari was a disappointment, it seemed to be chicken curry with a commonly found indian mix veg pickle.

Had this place recommended but was honestly a little dissappinted. Some of the dishes were over the top sweet which was a real surprise. Just didn't feel like the quality matched the price.

Lots of too sweet and flavourless sauce with hardly Andy meat or veggies. No traditional spices tasted. Tasted like something from a jar - was awful

Had dinner there on Easter Sunday, the waitress recommended the banquet for two and we are glad we took her advice, way too much delicious food for the very good price of $26 a head, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone, you won’t be disappointed.
