53Chips were cold buns were stale on my zinger drive to a KFC That has a bigger turn over and constantly cooking fresh food.
Food wasn't great tables were not cleaned busy period only 1 person serving didn't ask if eating in or taking away so was served my meal in a bag opposed to a tray.
Had to return to the counter to ask for serviettes and spoons.
Depending on day, the food is almost always cold. The fast food resturaunt is pretty dirty and so are the toilets. The last issue, always double check the purchase as almost always something has been left out.
Consistently the worst kfc of all kfcs. They're forever forgetting something, under cooking chips etc.
In terms of food quality, consistently the best kfc in the region. I regularly go to 4-5 different stores within the region. Chips are often fresh and hot which is something most stores neglect on.
Dont order the popcorn chicken (it's all bread and spice in oil and no chicken) BUT instead order the Tuesday special of 9 pieces for $9.95. Oh and if your chips are cold just ask them to give you hot chips, because the luke warm chips from KFC are inedible.
Disgusting store, tables floors and chairs are unclean and the restrooms were are filthy as well, poor form
I won't go there again as I enjoy KFC but this was one of my worst experience at thus particular KFC.
Sadly this is our local KFC and it was disgusting. Eat it once in a Blue moon but will never eat here again.
WORST KFC IN VICTORIA
I have been here a total 4 times in 2 years, every visit.
- RUDE STAFF
- MY FOOD ORDER IS WRONG
- CHICKEN TASTES LIKE TRASH
- THEY DONT HAVE HALF THE MENU
- THEY DECIDED TO STOP COOKING CHICKEN AT 8.30pm AS THE STAFF WANTED TO GO HOME (CLOSE TIME IS MEANT TO BE 10pm)
Avoid this restaurant unless you are desperate and happy to eat sandpaper.
Overall good experience and staff were attentive and efficient. Recieved my meal reasonably quick, yes will definitely visit again

I just bought OLD chicken DRIED OUT INSIDE AND SOGGY SKIN, OLD chips and WORST of all the gravy smells and tastes like CIGARETTE BUTTS! EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! I CANT EVEN BE BOTHERED DRIVING BACK TO THIS KFC TO SHOW THEM HOW FILTHY THE FOOD WAS! I STILL HAVE THE TASTE OF CIGARETTES IN MY MOUTH AND ITS DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER COME BACK WASTE OF MONEY!
