Lady called Macy’s is soooo rude. I hv been to number of kfc’s but this the first time came across the staff like this. Sooo mean

Great food. Unfortunately Marni was quite rude in drive through. A smile or hi goes a long way. Felt like we had our food shoved at us abd the window slammed.

Very helpful team and customer friendly manager. Have to thank them for the way the manager looked after our need with a customised feast just to suit the differed taste of our family. Thank you, much appreciated

For goodness sake it's KFC. You know what to expect. Fried Chicken (oh and 11 secret herbs and spices). The location is a blessing and a curse. Just try to get back onto Williamstown / Melbourne rd. I dare you.

The slowest kfc I have ever ordered from. When the delivery estimate says 15 minutes, it’s more like 45 minutes. This is on every occasion I have ordered and thats one too many times, so the slowness is consistent at all times of the day several days of the week.

There are some pretty average KFC restaurants in western Melbourne
This one however is well managed and has great staff

Why is it that you cannot ever deliver gravy? So many times I've been through the not getting gravy dance with menulog. Don't offer it?

Drive through is the worst ever.sooooooo slow and took me good 20 mins to just order. Come on guys.think out of the box

Worst KFC in Victoria. Run by kids who don’t care about the business at all. Tiny 3 pieces pack nothing like what is shown on board. Pathetic will never go there again! I would rather not even give one star if had option. All 3 pieces were smaller than the bread roll! Just bad 0/10 is more of a fear ratting! The worst is a understatement would definitely not recommend! Go elsewhere.

The worst Kfc so far the strips were small and tough.
Felt like biteing a tough steak and the strips were dark in colour.
So small, tough and dark in colour.

A few times I’ve ordered around 8pm 9pm and they say ‘sold out’ of items, one time they were ‘sold out’ of lettuce! They close early and stop cooking at 8pm when they advertise they close at 10pm. Just kids and they don’t care, rubbish business

Seem to always muck up my order or have run out of bacon. Burgers seem to be thrown together from some distance! Customer service has improved though.

Waited over 15 minutes for service. Had to get their attention to ask if someone was going to take our order. She bluntly said we're busy with orders. If I could put 0 stars I would. If only there was a course.on customer service cause this was very poor

Went twice for wicked wings and both times they didn't have any. Nothing unexpected with everything else. Just a shame they close so early.

Was the best KFC I have had you years. Chips and chicken both crunchy and hot. And the restaurant was pretty clean. Good work staff

For a non animal eater there are slim options except for chips and a roll. The chips and roll are tasty.

Best KFC in Melbourne. Been a favourite of mine and my wife since we have first visited Melbourne. Quality is always so much better than any others.

Really slow service, the woman in front of me walked out because they were taking too long and the availability for the toilets it’s so stupid

Worst kfc I've ever had soggy everything chips under cooked this is honestly the worst also forgot all sauces. Useless.

I came there on tuesday and ask for the promo about the cheap tuesday, because I saw on KFC’s facebook page, that it’s back. I ask one of the staff, and he relayed the message o the manager (which is actually hear and saw me first, when I came in the store but pretending to be busy, even if I am only the customer & no body waiting on the drive-thru) but when he looked at me, I smile and then he doesn’t say anything to me, istead he look back to the staff and just moving he’s head left & right (it means no, I don’t know exact term), then he move along. I am not being sensitive, I know alot of happenings in a store, cause I’ve also work in the fast food chain. My point is, if the customer is asking politely, does he or she deserves in return? If the customer is rude, do you give him/her also what he/she deserves? You are working for a reason (to earn/have/save money) & that includes service to people, so If you do not like or happy wth yourJob. Go find another one that doesn’t include talking to human being. Smh
