KFC Yarraville

Monday night 7pm the 2 boys at spotswood kfc was fantastic or food was hot service was prompt very helpful clean and respectful haven’t been to any kfc for months because it has been terrible went to Altona north got no service left & went to Spotswood so glad we did thank you to the 2 boys

My entire burger feast was cold. I know I ordered at 9.45pm but I still paid full price for my food.
I'd I wanted cold chicken I would have just gone to Coles.
The staff working (young Asian girl) complained everytime a new order came in or when a new car came through the drive thru.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, the first time I accepted as a mistake, but twice in a row within 2 weeks? That's not a mistake, that's when it becomes intentional.

I've now lost my trust with this KFC, and will no longer be attending this KFC for food or drinks and would much rather walk down the road a few hundred metres to either Coles or even McDonalds.

For such a reputable company, the lack of work etiquette, manners, respect and overall cooking skills are horrendous and need to be managed better.

Toilets are locked and unless you buy something they will not let you use. I think because of the other businesses next to them, they probably get alot of people using them. Food is good

My favourite KFC in Victoria! They have fresh chicken and chips all the time and staff is always amazing and helpful.

Shae the store manager was rude & offered no solution when $50 worth of our order was missing until we requested a refund, told us our food was given to someone else.minimum wage service, chicken was alright

The Staff where more interested in organizing there social life than serving Customers
I had to repeat my order about 3 times to the young girl that served me
I get home at they still stuffed my order up
Ordered a Lge Meal
Got a small chips
Got 2 tasty strips not 3
Half a box of popcorn Chicken
The Bacon on my Burger was dry and un edible
Chips where Cold

Burger and chips were cold. When we let them know they put the burgers in the microwave! The service was also poor. Most of the staff were just standing around, while there was a huge line of people either waiting on their food or to be served.

This place was filthy. The ladies toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. All tables, chairs, walls and floors, inside and out were very filthy, even the service counter was filthy.

Didn't get to order around 8 staff and 2 customers I was ignored by staff and gave up after 10 mins.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. The male toilets were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned for days; possibly a week. Staff got my order wrong and seemed to be poorly supervised; if at all.

Hit and miss depending on staff, sometimes great tasting food, sometimes wait times are too long, sometimes food is not fresh.

Madi has amazing customer service skills. I came on a night that’s was pretty busy via drive through, Madi was friendly and very helpful, took my order and repeated to make sure it was correct. As the line wasn’t moving (these things happen, it gets busy) she made sure i was okay instead of ignoring me and waiting for the next car to come and pay. She did not seem stressed, very cheerful, this rubbed off on me and it didn’t bother me to wait for my order.

Even waiting as long as I did, the food came out fresh

Food was great as usual, I went with my family for dine in. No single table was clean and it was not a busy time. In fact I was alone. While placing the order, I asked for help to clean the tables. Minutes later another request to clean the tables.minutes later repeated the same.finally someone came out to clean one table only and left the rest! I see it that dine in is not welcome

Long delay for processing drive through orders. Avoid during peak hour. Will be waiting for an hour

Can't even begin to describe what we received but put it this way.it has totally turned me off from ever eating from here or any KFC ever

I dropped into this KFC accidentally only due to road closure and took the opportunity to get lunch. The staff were very friendly, the chicken was as hot as a volcano, that was a first to me from any KFC, if they keep the service and chicken hot I will put that on my preferred list of KFC's to go to.

The girls that work in here (and I’m sure the boys too) that I’ve met are so down to earth, genuine and kind. It’s the most awkward situated KFC and delivery is a wooing $8.95 but if you can navigate through that you’ll revive friendly smiles.

KFC? No food poisoning and trauma, this was the worst experience ive ever had at a restaurant, i waited for hours on end just to find hair in my zinger burger, disgusting.

Had a very confronting experience with one of the staff members at this place it seemed the young boy in the kitchen had forgotten to fry my chicken in my zinger burger.i am a very forgiving person and asked the young buck about it i believe his name was noah, the employee was very hostile towards me, noah appeared to be under the influence of some sort of illegal street drug which i believe may have been marijuana and may explain how he forgot to fry my chicken, i am also under the impression that this employee was employee of the month which really speaks to the character of the whole place. If i could give this place 0 stars i would!

Went through the drive thru had to repeat my order over & over again. In these cases it would be best if Management spent an entire day with the team member taking drive thru orders just to ensure they know there role. Irritating to constantly repeat myself. Repeating myself once is fine but over & over again makes me say why are you even taking orders. Concerned customer.
