Ive been buying chicken here for a while and can't complain pretty much most times it's very fresh

Place was filthy. Took ages to get food. Got home and the chips were cold and the chicken was hard and old. Inedible.

I like this store, always friendly, they serve food that is hot, the chips are always straight from the fryer not cold.

The food is fine but they haven't given me serviettes four times in a row now. What am I meant to wipe my hands on my pants like a grot? Lol

We have order from here about three times. Every. Single. Time. Rotten lettuce in every burger I've brought. Rancid. Ruins the entire burger because the taste spreads and it actually made me quite sick one time. Wouldn't kill you to cook your chips. Wouldn't kill you to put salt on your chips, even just a little. Ugh. Absolute nightmare. Drive to Werribee.

Overcooked chicken pieces which turns the coat to dark brown and dried. Coats was thin and tasteless. Will never come back here again.

I use the app and pick up. Very busy but only a few mins wait. Not had any items forgotten for a long time.good work.

Overcooked chicken and hardly got any of the pieces we requested. Chips were undercooked. There was a lovely lady I talked to but the rest were abrupt and unfriendly. I'm must be one of the worst kfc joints in Victoria

If I owned this place I would sell it.
Absolutely terrible.
Waited 42 minutes in the drive thru for my food.
No apologies, nothing.
Popcorn chicken boxes were 3/4 full at best

Very rude staff always wrong order and they never put extra sauce even though you remind them twice, and the store is always dirty Will never come back again.

Chips either uncooked or burnt beyond edible. Burger has brown lettuce and nothing was fresh. All food was gross and old

They really don’t care you get your order or not.

Last time been there and they gave me 6 wings instead of 16. Went back again to have it replaced

Been there today to collect an app order via drivethrough fully paid. Waited in the drivethrough for 20 mins to get to the front and was told we have no more chicken ready for you and asked to wait in the front. Upon waiting for further 5 mins in the front went inside to know what is happening and was told will take 20 mins. ALMOST AN HOUR FOR TO HONOUR AN ORDER? For a fully paid order.

Asked for a full refund and the girl goes, you need to do it via the app and we don’ know how to do it.

Luckily there was another girl who was willing to help and organised a refund for me

Was in yesterday and FINALLY they actually have a lovely young lady who has above average customer service skills. I don’t think these places understand the benefits of having someone who is on the counter taking orders that is not only serving but is friendly and accommodating-That’s the face of your business and that person can determine weather a customer returns or not! Was just nice seeing someone who took pride in their work:) Big thumbs up from me

It's been over a year since I've had KFC. I don't know what inspired me to go back. Nothing has changed, still using way too much oil. Yuck!

Absolutely dreadful mainly because of the god aweful manager. She was making burgers and wraps and I think also taking drive thru orders with her headset (I was at the front desk and saw her).
She was very rude to customers, sounded like she just wanted them in and out quick as possible, I even heard her swear a couple times (hopefully not while talking to a customer), god forbid I had something wrong with my order. She was also rude to her employees, they all seemed so scared of her, I don't blame them.
If it wasn't for her this store would be so much better, she is holding the employees back and scaring customers like me away. I know I am not the only one as my friend told me about her as well. I think her name is Renae.

Most of the employees were nice but there was one person who ruined the whole experience, ironically it was the manager, her name tag said Renee. She was very rude, made me feel like she just wanted me to go away as soon as possible and I once saw her not wearing a mask when making a burger, isn't this a major health risk?

It is a great pity because all the other employees were very professional and friendly while Renee was just rude and unpleasant. I don't think I will come back to this store again.

This place is absolutely chokers, very busy at times, staff are under the pump more so than I've seen at other takeaway stores, has a drive thru unlike its sister in watton/Bridge St, decent seating, staff sometimes get the order wrong/confused, but will be obliged to replace or re-do order, take note: this place gets busy, it's joined with a BP petrol station

The original recipe chicken and wicked wings were gross, as though they were fried in old oil. The coatings were burnt and the chicken is waaaay too big than what is considered normal

As most people have commented, they left out an item in the order.
Chips were not so great, tough and dry. Potato and gravy? More like 90% of (dry) potato and 10% gravy.

Wings were wings.expected since they were made fresh.

Only went here because the other KFCs were closed at 10.
