KFC Wyndham Vale

My three kids went to KFC Wyndham Vale and one has an allergy of sesame and when they asked the team members at KFC they said they could not disclose the ingredients and to check in the website and I think there is no information regarding this in the website and whoever is serving should know what they are serving, as a person with allergy might become really sick if they eat something which might even be dangerous I think the staff has to taught how to handle their customers even if they are kids.

This is not the first time that my order has had items missing, but today with an event being held at my home, more than HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING, the continuous lack of care in these KFC employees filling their orders is DISGUSTING, they don't even answer the phone so I can speak with someone to clarify the mistake. These staff are lazy and make no effort to ensure their orders are complete before sending them out for delivery. I will NOT be ordering from this KFC again and neither will any of the guests that were waiting for their meals at my home.

Tells me half their menu not available due to nearly closing? 45 minutes nearly closing? I wanted 6 wings but they could only do 3, so they have me the 3 wings but I should have known they were probably sitting there for an hour… gross. If u can’t serve your customers the menu we see online then DONT STAY OPEN. Close your service earlier rather than staying open in hopes someone buys ya left overs for the night.

Pathetic service. Ordered thru drive thru and waiting for more than 20 mins in front door and still a irresponsible answer “Yes I understand “. No concern of apologising for the delay. Hate to be here.

Ordered on line. Arrived at kfc 15 minutes later but not ready. Still here half an hour later and still nothing. They know I am here and so is someone else too. Others have come in and ordered and gone. What is going on with Service here? Never again at this store. Worse service ever.

Bought a family feast via the drive through. Got home and found out chickens are roasted. Skins are even crunchy. Suggests quality control to check products before handing food to customer.
Room for improvements.

This KFC has amazing greasy hot fresh chicken and borgie_xtra cooked new fresh chips and he is very friendly

Don't bother unless you want to wait over 20 mins for your order. Staff are just not much help either. Not a once off this happens more almost all the time.the restaurant doesn't seem to care I suppose.

I would say place has cleaned its act up from a few years ago which is why I'm giving 4 stars not 3.in fact a few years ago it would have been 2.make of that what you will.but my answer are as honest as can be

WORST KFC EVER! We ordered 2 Zinger Crunch burgers, and got these instead. One had a weird pepper mayo on it.what? ! Other was only chips, chicken and cheese. No sauce, no nothing else.
Store doesn't care and have literally stollen our money without remorse. They don't care at all, the staff or the managers. They all deserve to be fired immediately.

I have yet to order a meal at wyndhamvale KFC that didn't get messed up, tonight I ordered and paid for a large zinger burgher meal, I got a zinger burgher and small fries, nothing else, I don't know why I persist with this franchise, I guess it's because I live in hope that some day they may get it right

The reason I give one star is for taking my money.
Dirty shop could hardly stand up on grease floor
Asked twice if order was correct told yes Asked again burger in bag told yes get home no burger
I was only customer don't know how they could get one order wrong.

One of the most consistent and freshest KFCs probably in the country. Chips are always fresh, chicken doesn't taste too greasy, what more could you ask for?

HORRIBLE customer service, Was rushed when trying to place an order and when I received my food they forgot 4 wicked wings in the 6 I ordered, Only received two, called the manager and he asked me to "be happy I got two" need to hire people who can count, Visit Werribee instead

This KFC is absolutely amazing! I have been here multiple times and although they are always BUSY eveytime i order, its correct & it’s delicious. I haven’t had a bad meal from here. I wanted to wait for 10 Visits and not one has faulted.

Do not go to Watton street KFC just go here. Keep it up TEAM WYNDHAM!

We've ordered food from this kfc probably 20 to 30 times now through a delivery service, drive thru and in person.
Almost every time something in our order was missing or the food was cold.
The last time our order was completely wrong, not even close to what we paid $60 for, im pretty sure we recived someone elses freezing cold order.
We were self isolating and couldn't leave our house to return the food. We had to get a refund through the delivery service, which is an absolute pain.
We will never order from this kfc again, not even in person.
We tried to feed what we recived to our dog, even he didn't want to touch it. (not a joke)
If anyone who's reading this is a local and is thinking about ordering from here, don't!
Don't bother, even an extra 5min drive to another store would be worth it over the absolute rip off this place has become.

Poorest customers service by this kfc, some of the staff won’t bother even saying thank you and threw the invoice on the desk. Very disappointed with the service of this store.

Food was average as usual. Annoying part was the staff forgot to put dips in the order (drive thru)

I recommend everyone to check your order before leaving. I don't think they put much effort to deliver your request completely. Very disappointed of the service.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND ZERO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. We visited the store through the drive through, the only option during COVID. Sitting in the dark you have to trust they will get the order correct. Well they missed part of the order and when we got home we called the store. Rang 3 times (at 8PM) and no answer. This is what happens when you allow under trained and inexperienced kids to run the store unsupervised. Not the kids fault, they get the same level of care from management as the customer, not much. I lodged a complaint on the KFC site that night. 3 days later no response. This tells me they are too big to care about negative reviews like this.
