KFC Wyndham Vale

We ordered through the kfc app of all, they made us wait 15 minutes which was strangely weird as its always faster. Then when i got home and checked the food, they gave us the wrong order! I just came from work and was expecting se food but it was the wrong order. Accepting my fate I ate the food and the drumsticks were o bad and the fries n the chicken was so sloppy. I would definitely recommend to train some of the staff as mistakes like these can happen but can be adapted and re-worked.

Pathetic. Multiple order errors and bad service. Now go there for lunch and there’s no chicken. How can a chicken store HAVE NO CHICKEN DURING A LUNCH PERIOD? Also, staff are badly or not trained resulting in unprofessional service and errors.

FOOD IT WAS REPLACED WITH IS INEDIBLE. I WSNT A REFUND HOWEVER PHONE LINES ARE TURNED OFF. CONVENIENT!

Filthy, dirty.
Place has hardly anyone there and staff don't clean the tables, floor and toilets.
Had to ask for a cloth a wipe a table our self.
Tables outdoors have Black dirt all over.
Not 1 table was cleaned.
Saw a worker having a break while tables were filthy.
Dead Fly on the table.
Food and Rubbish everywhere on the floor.
First time I've seen more bad Reviews than good!

Went to Wyndham Vale with my Al-Qaeda buddies before we brought some ferrets best service some guy with a car tattoo and no hair Line spoke for hours about cars he knew so much we asked to join us on our adventure but he declined only downside to the KFC

I was so disappointed. I was looking forward to the original twister. Firstly I think they forgot my order which I thought ok they're busy. When I finally got my order, the chips were just warm, so I ate them first. The twister was a shocker, nothing like I remember it. When I picked it up it fell apart just a couple pieces of chicken a bit of lettuce and heaps of mayo. I had to re-roll the twister. Very disappointed. To top it all off the toilets were disgusting. See

Don't waste your time going here.
We ordered just over $80 in this store as we had family over. When we got home, there was a large potato & and gravy only half full. Plus, some of our order was missing a few things 1 large potato & gravy, 1 burger, 1 large drink, 4 large chips, and a large coleslaw. I called the store to inform them of this mishap I was told to come back. Being a 20-minute round trip, I wasn't able to at this time. So I was told to drop in during the week, which I did. The manager (islander girl) was so rude when I was explaining to her what happened she walked away, saying it would never happen on her shifts. She informed me that she'll do her own 'investigations', and if she's happy with the results, only then will I be reimbursed with the missing items. I will now drive past this store and go to another.

Had a delivery to do from kfc waited over 45mins only to see a manager come outside and have a vape twice and also talking to someone, whilst I was still waiting on the customers food. There were other customers waiting for their order too. There were only 3 customers waiting including myself. This is poor service and something needs to be done.

Worst KFC they always seem the F up the order.

Most Terrible service I have ever received at KFC. My dad warned me and said it jad a really bad rep. I didn't believe him as I thought how bad could it be being a KFC. Well, I arrived to get my app order and when I got home the chips and sauce was not there. Not having enough to feed the family I rang and told them my order was missing those things. I drove back and aited a good 5 mins plus for the server in front to finish her (very obviously) social conversation, gave my app order number again and filled them in on the phone convo and missing items. They had no idea what was going on. The lady at the next window waved us down and very rudely thrust a bag into my hands. Pretty annoyed by this time I took the bag and got home again with some random stuff that wasn't my order but at least I had enough to feed my family this time. I'm guessing it was someone else's order who has also been stuffed up. Avoid this KFC and go to Manor Lakes down the road, they have so much better staff.

Very poor management and rude staff! I went to drive thru. It was a horrible experience as staff should have placed a note to say they have run out of chicken and was trying to convince me to order other food instead. So because I was not informed before driving thru, I was stucked in the drive thru to wait until I can get thru to drivers in front of me wherein if there was a note placed in front of the drive thru it wouldn’t have happened. The staff was very rude and asked me a few times to order different food instead of chicken despite me telling her my family wanted to eat chicken! Never again I would be going to this venue. Anyway I went to Manor pakes and the staff were shouting at each other and banging stuff in the kitchen. Just appalling with both KFC venues. Very dirty too!

Wicked wings were dry, burgers were dry and chips were average.

UPDATE: Ordered through their app, stuffed up once. Brought it back to store, waited half an hour and stuffed up again. Not returning.

Whats the point in having a dining area where you can order inside if all the front workers do is uber eats. 15 min waiting with about 4 ppl in front of me waiting for who knows how long.

The toilets at this place are an absolute disgrace! They looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Will never be back.

The manager named Tim is the best he is my favourite so understandable deserves a pay raise would rather work when he is working

Lucky I checked what they gave me. Missed two chips. Had a burnt peice of chicken and the tenders where not tenders cut up breast and ruff

Cleanest kfc toilets ever, the toilets were immaculate pretty good for a fast food restaurant made my whole expirence better

Had a very bad experience where the order was not accepted for wicked wings and later there were orders taken for wings. Had to wait 20 mins for a zinger box.chips box was half full.

Really bad service and the people working were not friendly and were smirking for every request.

Hope someone takes ownership and customers get serviced properly.

Food is okay. Staff are flat out at peak times, expect very long wait times during these periods. As another reviewer posted, the toilets are disgusting which is typical of KFC's from my experiences.

Good store. Friendly staff. A bit of a wait on the original recipe chicken, but it was late on a Sunday night. Easy to get to. Big area for parking. Ordered a 3 piece feed and some wicked wings. All quite good. Drive through available, the Uber driver just wasn’t so keen and dropped us off.

I ordered a chip as chips meal in the drive trough as usual but the person at at about 6pm on 10th October 2022 could not understand clear English then refused my order. I look us on the app and there it is. I tried ringing to complain but only to get an answering machine. Almost everytime something is missing including missing chicken, drinks or sauces that cost 50 cents each. Consumer affairs will know about this false advertisement about trying to rip people off.
