KFC Warragul

Main street shop. Parking impossible. No drive through. Slow service. No different tonight.a complete stuff up. Got the order wrong was retold what we wanted. Got half the order.back to the counter another lengthy wait. Realised we were over charged. Not going back in to argue that. People walking out had their own issue the worst service ever. Better off going to KFC on queen st at the servo. Its marginally better.

Chicken was good, BUT they need to train there Staff on how to wipe a table & seats, they were filthy. They weren't even busy

3pm on a Saturday and nothing else was open.
Dirty tables and no toilet paper, made me felt at home. 5 stars

"Consistently Inconsistent"

5 out of 5 stars for consistency. They consistently get my order wrong, and I feel that it's important for an eating establishment to be able to go there, knowing what you're going to get. It's pretty exciting, because you know something's going to be wrong with the order but you don't know what!

It's Russian roulette for people who don't like blood.

Highly recommend.

Always great and hot and only recommend to look and make sure ur orders all there as few times they forgot some of my items

They have a tendency of getting orders wrong, so be sure to double check your bag before you leave.

My meal was great nice hot and tender chicken with not to much mayo as l requested. Great service and very clean and tidy store

Great fast food outlet, chicken's a bit mediocre at this specific location, bit trashy at times, but a great place for an unhealthy after school snack.

It was an unexpected environment it is part of a Long Line of shops unlike the usual separate installation with independent parking.

Instead it has straight front parking which is easy enough to get into and the staff there are just as quick as in the other place to get the goods to you upon order.the premises are nicely done and would make a good place for a sit-down meal. For people travelling along the expressway it has easy access from the Central off ramp and subsequently easy access back on to the expressway to continue one's journey.

Went there to very the $2 large chips, the store don't do that deal, I thought all KFC's were the same

Food was standard KFC, service time hasn't changed in the 20 years since I moved from the area. Still slow as hell whether there's 0 customers or 40.

Need to clean the restaurant. Ordered zinger burger chips and hot spicy chicken.
The food was ok.

Food is cold most of the time cold chips unseasoned bloody awful chicken is always greasy a definite no return at this site!

So sick of getting wrong orders or food missing. You missed a whole meal with our order tonight and when my husband drove back down to tell you and pick it up he was treated like he was lying and treated like a thief. Not the first time this has happened and getting mighty sick of your mistakes

Staff today were friendly and helpful. Quick service depending on when you visit, sometimes you have a wait

Was pretty quiet when walked in (2: 30) waited about 10 minutes before being served. While the manager/supervisor was chatting away on her personal mobile. The restaurant was even cleaned properly. If I was a mystery shopper I would have failed this place.

Complete rip off. Tiny chicken strips the size of a lighter. Large chips are never close to being full. I've never ordered something from there that hasn't has something missing. By far the worst KFC store I've been too

Didn't know what to get so one of the staff got me a FREE burger box. I was so gobsmacked that they did this. I paid for my drink but to get this for free was an amazement to the staff and workers at this restaurant. Thanks teesha.i think that was your name:)

Had a long wait, was given small pieces of chicken that was very greasy. I love kfc but this was #$#$
